大家好，我是XXX，很高兴我能来做今天的课前演讲。

一直以来我都坚信命运在自己手里紧紧握着，直到我初二那年。当我躺在手术台上看着正对着我的那盏偌大的无影灯时，我开始慌了。此时此刻我的命运在这几位医生手里，在这个锋利的手术刀尖上，在旁边护士的实时记录本上。我能把握的人生只是全部人生的一个小小的角。

不幸中的万幸大概就是病理化验结果是良性，所以今天我能站在这里和大家讲，而不是坐在轮椅上或者干脆没有出现在你们的视线内。

从那以后我开始妥协，承认命运的不可控，承认我能推动改写的，只是九牛一毛。而尽管如此我们此时此刻在座的同学们有多少还在试着努力而不是随着命运恍恍惚惚。我们拼了命也不一定能混出个模样却在现在这个理应拼搏的时间点上浪费了一天又一天。

即便是课程落下太多的去听听相应的公开课，去图书馆拿几本书，也可以赶上来，正因命运可以把握的太少我们才应加倍努力。

咱们的课没那么难。咱们不能应了台湾某些所谓的专家所说，中国毕业的大学生大多不够毕业的资格。几年以后的同学会咱们是讨论下一笔上亿的资金投向哪里还是再要个五块的烤腰子谁能付一下钱呢？

我希望从今天，从此时此刻咱们班能有更多的同学开始走心的听课正儿八经的学习。

我希望，十年以后我们能在某个回忆涌起的黄昏自恋的说道，当年我拼了命努力的样子，真帅。我希望，我们最终都能活成自己喜欢的样子。

“五分钟演讲”心得体会

从第7周开始，我们白云学院推行了班级课前“五分钟演讲”的学习制度，各班级在每天上午和下午的课前五分钟由班级同学进行演讲。对此，我深有感触。

“五分钟演讲”，目的是为了增强同学们的演讲技能，让同学们通过课前五分钟的演讲，磨练自己的口才，从而更好地提升自身的语言表达能力。“五分钟演讲”的主题分别有：如何提高演讲能力、如何提高学习积极性、如何营造良好宿舍环境、如何提高英语水平、如何应对突发事件、如何培养创造力、如何面对考试作弊现象以及如何利用大学闲暇时间等等。各班也可以根据班级的实际情况自己安排主题。我班同学的演讲，大多数都是以规划自己未来的发展方向，表达自己一年多以来身处本班级的真情实感为主。

我班是专科班，本学期的课程安排是上课到第14周为止，五月底结束课程之后，我班同学即将踏入社会进行顶岗实习。今天是4月19日，已是第9周的星期二，离实习只剩下1个月多一点的时间。在这个即将离校的“节骨眼”上，同学们通过“五分钟演讲”，阐述了自己的心声，表达了自己对获得理想工作的祈盼，也表达了自己对其他同学都能过得开心幸福的衷心祝福。

2009年9月15日，星期二，台风天气，那是一个风雨交加的日子。我怀着对大学生活的期待，来到了白云学院，来到了我们09营专1班。09营专1班是由来自广东省不同城市的35名同学共同组成的大家庭，22名活泼开朗的男生和13个美丽秀气的女生齐心协力地撑起了属于我们班的一片天空。在同学们的一致努力下，我班曾在大一第一学期里连续三个月获得“优秀班集体”荣誉称号；在管理系运动会中，同学们都积极参与，发扬团结拼搏的精神，班级最终在系运会中获得总分第三名的成绩；在学院运动会和学院各种不同类别的比赛活动中，班级集体和个人也获得了一定的奖项。这些都是我班同学辉煌的印记，也是同学们付出努力后获取的成果。在“五分钟演讲”中，我们都勾起了这段美好的回忆，我相信我们班的同学在离校顶岗实习后，无论各自身在何方，彼此之间都不会忘记属于我们09营专1班的美好回忆。

(一)、理论基础

素质教育理论认为，素质教育是教育者基于个人发展和社会和谐发展的需求，利用各种有利条件，通过多种有效途径和适当方法，引导和帮助受教育者积极、主动、最大限度的挖掘自身潜能，提高自身的综合素质，重视学生个性充分而自由发展的教育。所以，在英语课堂教学中应放权于学生，给学生提供一些机会，让学生去学选择，让学生去体验；给学生创造一种条件，让学生去尝试；大胆给学生松绑，引导学生学会怎样学习科学文化知识。

《英语新课程标准》明确阐述：基础教育阶段英语课的任务是：“激发和培养学生的英语学习兴趣，使学生树立信心，养成良好的学习习惯忽然形成由此奥德学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作创新精神，使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听说读写译技能，形成一定综合语言运用能力，培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神。《英语课程标准》明确提出了英语教学重点从三个方面发展学生的英语运用能力；用英语进行恰当交流的能力，用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力，用英语进行思维的能力。新课程体系在课程的目标、功能、内容，结构、实施、评价与管理方面都有了重大改革，这些改革最终都要靠一线教师在实际教育教学中去实践、去完善和发展。
