大家早上好！我是六（1）班的李荣！今天我演讲的题目是《安全在我心中》。安全像什么？安全像脆弱的心灵，一瞬间，也可能支离破碎；安全像什么?安全像一个警钟，时时刻刻提醒我们：珍爱生命、注意安全。交通安全，我们一定要走人行道，并且靠右行；横穿马路时，要走斑马线，并且先左顾右盼，注意来往车辆；严禁在路上追逐打闹等等。希望大家能共同遵守，共同珍爱我们的安全！防溺水安全，我们不要擅自下水游泳，不擅自与同学结伴游泳，不在无家长或老师带领的情况下游泳。不到不熟悉的水域游泳，不到沟渠、溪边、池塘、水库、海边、在建工地的积水坑等有水的地方玩耍。一定要记住血的教训，珍爱生命，防止溺水。安全似乎离我们很远，又似乎离我们很近，安全到底在哪里？是的，安全其实就在我们自己的心里。生命只有一次，只有珍爱生命，时时事事注意安全，我们才能平平安安地度过一生。我的演讲到此结束，谢谢大家！

每次，我们出门在外，爸爸妈妈最担心的是什么？没错，他们担心的是我们是否平安，我们的安全，是爸妈一生的牵挂。可是，随着时代的发展，交通事故越来越多。一次，我和爸妈吃完晚饭，就坐在电视机前看新闻。其中一则新闻报道：一个年仅7岁的少年在路旁玩耍，他的玩具掉在马路中间，他想都没想，冲过去，捡起玩具，竟然还不走，站在路中间摆弄玩具，灾难悄然无息的降临了。一辆大卡车飞驰而来，砰!的一声，少年被撞飞了，少年倒在路旁，血流满地。当记者说：少年当场死亡。我的心为之一颤。如果没有过这起交通事故，也许那个少年会有一个精彩的人生。可是现在，一切都完了。

难道，那个少年没想过吗？你不顾生命危险换来了惨重的代价，你可想过你的家人、老师、朋友会怎样的呢？ 我们的生命不仅仅是我们的。我们是社会主义事业的接班人，我们的生命牵动这千家万户的心。

我们要将交通安全铭记于心。生命是人生最宝贵的财富。记住，生命只有一次，我们要好好珍惜。

“祝你平安，祝你平安，让那快乐围绕在你身边……”每当听到这首歌，我的心中就涌动着无比温馨的感受。平安是每个人的心愿，更是人生最大的幸运！今天我演讲的题目是“让安全之花，绽放在和谐校园”平安，它是一种希望，一种寄托，它蕴含在儿女依依的期待中，在母亲虔诚的祈祷里。孩子，在父母眼里，是含苞欲放的花蕾；在老师眼里，是展翅待飞的雏鹰；孩子的安全牵动着我们每一个人的心。但是，据有关部门统计，2005年全国中小学生非正常死亡人数达1.44万，每天有近40名学生死于非命，一个时期以来，校园安全事故频频发生，资料显示，安全事故已经成为我国青少年的最大杀手。从层出不穷的车祸事故到踩踏事件，从锅炉爆炸事件到饮食饮水中毒事件，无一不是死伤无数，看到这些触目惊心的案例与数据，怎能不叫人心痛震惊。想像那些如流星般陨落的鲜活的生命和天真的容颜，又怎能不叫人扼腕叹息。无数血的事实告诉我们，关注孩子安全，刻不容缓！！然而，安全来自警惕，事故出于麻痹。尽管生活中有不可避免的突发灾难，手足无措，但研究表明，通过加强自我保护意识，提高自我保护能力，在灾难和伤害降临的初期，及时采取正确的措施，80％的伤害是可以避免的。平安关涉到家庭，社会，它更是学校工作的重中之重，其实作为教师的我们，每天的工作都跟安全息息相关，我们不断地重复着：学习安全、宣讲安全、督促安全的工作。那一副副醒目的安全标语；那一声声 “小心路滑”、“上下楼梯靠右行”的温馨提示；那一次次关于安全主题的班队活动，那一场场声情并茂的安全知识讲座；……无不记载着我们对学生安全的重视和付出。我们时刻铭记着：人人讲安全，处处要安全，时时想安全，事事为安全的标语。不断地用“责任比能力更重要，敬业比水平更重要”的话语来鞭策自己。我们用汗水、智慧，乃至生命浇灌这脆弱的安全之花。我们在校园中演绎活力，憧憬明天；我们在生活中处处留意，拒绝伤害。让安全的意识常驻我们心间，让安全之花绽放在和谐的双语校园！让平安之歌常伴我们左右！祝你平安，祝你平安，你永远都幸福是我最大的心愿！谢谢大家！

亲爱的老师、同学们： 大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《安全在我心中》！安全像什么？安全像忠实的保护神，日日夜夜守护在我们身边，让生命之树挺拔青翠；安全像什么？安全像脆弱的心灵，一瞬间，也可能支离破碎；安全像什么?安全像一个警钟，时时刻刻提醒我们：珍爱生命、注意安全。每天去上学，父母总不忘提醒我们：安全第一，学习第二；上课时，老师常常教导我们，校内校外要注意安全。我们常常把他们的话当作耳边风，而这所谓的耳旁风正是对我们关爱的叮咛!每当上学、放学的路上，放眼望去，好多同学不遵守交通规则，比如走在机动车道上、横穿马路、走逆行道，更有甚者还在车流不息的马路上追逐打闹。多么危险的行为啊。人的生命是娇脆的，一个不留神就有可能发生危险。所以我在此倡议：上学、放学路上，我们一定要走人行道，并且靠右行；横穿马路时，要走斑马线，注意来往车辆；禁止在路上追逐打闹等等。希望大家能共同遵守，共同珍爱我们的安全！安全似乎离我们很远，又似乎离我们很近，远如在天边，近如隔咫尺。安全到底在哪里？是的，安全其实就在我们自己的心里。生命只有一次，只有珍爱生命，时时事事注意安全，我们才能平平安安地度过一生。我的演讲到此结束，谢谢大家！

学规范、用规范演讲稿

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好！

俗话说：“没有规矩，不成方圆。”规则秩序是社会构成中不可缺少的因素。只有利用规定制止同学们的不良行为，养成同学们的良好习惯，建立规范化的学校，才能使校园远离危险，完善我们的学习环境。

生活中充满着规范，家庭、学校、社会、国家，做了违反规定的事，就要受到惩罚。因此，我们要从日常小事做起，规范自己，以免误入歧途，最终害人害己。

举个例子吧，在学校中，在课堂上，应该专心致志，不开小差，绝不能因为儿时的懈怠而造成一生的悔恨。课堂上积极发言，大胆展示自己，不害羞腼腆，别人回答时不窃窃私语，嬉笑打闹，给他人一定的尊严，从小规范自己。如果过分放荡不羁，很可能会对自己日后在社会上的发展造成不利影响。

曾经有这样一个故事：1987年，75位诺贝尔奖获得者在巴黎聚会，有人问其中的一位：“您在哪所大学、哪个实验室学到了最重要的东西？”出人意料的是，这位学者回答说：“是在幼稚园。”“在幼稚园学到什么？”这人又问。学者答道：“把自己的东西分一半给小伙伴；不是自己的东西不要拿；东西要放整齐；做错了事情要表示歉意；要仔细观察周围的大自然。从根本上来说，我学到的全部东西就是这些。”听完学者的话，我们应该有所收获。好的习惯能够使人受用一生，人最根本的东西常常有着很大的价值，伟人也不例外。柏拉图说过：“规则是一种秩序，一种对快乐和欲望的控制。”人的欲望和贪婪需要一种制度去控制，不然就会像没有河堤的江水，四处蔓延、流淌，给他人带来不幸的同时，也伤害了自己。所以，我们要养成规范的自我，才能创造出规范化的社会，来振兴我们的国家。

日本大地震给我们带来了伤痛的同时，作为中国人，也应从中获得启示。日本是一个多灾难的岛国，民众从小学习避灾知识，公民素质很高。相比较三年前令我们痛心疾首的汶川大地震，一定会使我们陷入沉思。8万多群众被掩盖在废墟之下，原因何在？我堂堂中国，地大物博，竟远不及日本一个小岛国的公民素质。平时不注重抗灾训练，灾难来临时必定会手忙脚乱。只有平时养成良好习惯，多进行地震演练，在灾难来临时才能知道正确的逃生方法，为自己的生命上一把保险锁。

让我们从小做起，从现在做起，规范自我，养成良好的习惯，将来振兴中华！

谁不想有富强安宁的国家？谁不想有一个舒适优美的生存环境？然而现在，我们面临的是严峻的绿色危机和城市卫生问题，是环境给我们打了一个震撼人心的惊叹号。

可是，风景却在远方。亲爱的朋友，当你抬起头，看见城市上方的天空不再蔚蓝，白云不再飘逸，你有怎样的感触；当你站在资江桥边，望着我们母亲河的怀抱里漂浮着的白色泡沫，你又想怎么做呢；当你走在街头，别人迎面丢下一个白色塑料袋，你脸上还会荡漾着快乐的表情吗？只要我们的心中依然憧憬着美丽，我们就渴望着城市越来越干净；只要我们热爱自己的家园，我们就有责任呵护家园的美丽。我们指责别人，不如改变自己；我们埋怨社会，不如奉献自己。我们要相信，城市让生活更美好，我们也能让城市更漂亮。

我们清晰地记得，北京2008年第24届奥运会在8月8日隆重开幕，据环境卫生报告奥运期间北京的空气指数为一级，清新的空气，优美的环境是北京向世界展示的名片，这是崭新的北京，这是崭新的奥运，这一切都是创卫的结晶，这背后凝聚着每一个人的行动和努力。

创卫，不仅是一个口号，更是一个行动。我给同学们讲个故事吧。“不准随地吐痰”，这是每个中国人从小学，甚至是幼儿园就背过的一条守则。50多年来，这句话出现在我们的课本里，出现在行为规范手册上，出现在公共场所的提示牌上，但在中国这个“吐痰大国”，这条行为规范却一直形同虚设。然而，在2006年，却有这样一个中国人，突然站了出来，她“冲”到了大街上，弯下了腰，开始了她的擦痰历程。她就是“中国擦痰第一人”孙剑阿姨。“五一”七天

假，除一天下雨外，她六天都到车站、码头、广场等人多的地方去擦痰，晚上回家，她就在博客上写擦痰日记，她在网上日记写到：“今天我终于不怕这不怕那了，终于也可以单纯地尽一下自己的责任了，所以，我在大街上擦痰的心情，是无比幸福的，我一点也不觉得委屈，我真的很幸福，幸福得像花儿开放一样。”她的真情实感，默默行动，感动了人们，网上的博友有的留言说：“你的宽容让我感动，你的温柔让我羞愧。我再也不随地吐痰了。”是啊，谁不希望头顶的天空湛蓝如镜；谁不希望脚下的大地绿草如茵；谁不希望身边的湖水清澈明净；谁不希望眼前的阳光灿烂如金！可是我们的希望更应该化为行动，只有马上行动，只有从小事开始，我们的梦想才能变成现实。

亲爱的同学们，当我们走进校门，看到地上的易拉罐时，你是选择抬头挺胸地跨过去，还是用一个简单的弯腰动作，把它送进垃圾桶里？他们扔，扔掉的是形象；而捡，捡起的是美德。当你穿过篮球场时，望着在风中轻盈飞舞的塑料袋，你是选择沉默观望，还是把它捡起来？别人扔掉的是垃圾，而捡起的却是文明。当你身在教室，看到了教室后面的垃圾，你是选择事不关己，高高挂起；还是弯下腰，随手拿起扫把，清扫着垃圾？就那么一个简单的动作，让教室干净了，漂亮了。一屋不扫，何以扫天下？小事不做，何以做大事？

我想，这不仅是我个人的责任，更是许许多多人的共同的责任。让我们一起携手为“创卫之战”而奋斗吧！创卫需要你们那份微薄的力量，需要你们的努力，需要你们的坚持！我们共同宣誓:“创卫，我们的责任！”

金秋十月，是华东师大建校六十周年大庆，衷心感谢母校的培育之恩。我是建校初进入师大，于57年毕业，距离现今已53年，华东师大在我记忆中的除了著名的校园景观，丽娃河，夏西岛，就是那些影响我们一生的诲人不倦的教师们。师大校园风景如画，名师荟萃，前任校长孟宪涵先生执掌校务，高瞻远瞩，从校址的选址到教育思想的确立，学科的设置学制的改革，取得了可喜的成绩。初创时期的华东师大一派生机，各项事业蓬勃发张，1959年成立全国16所重点高校之一，确立了学校在新中国高等教育体系中的重要位置。

再如袁运开老师深刻的影响了物理系51级，作为物理系的辅导老师（实际承担者辅导员的工作）教给我们的不仅是课本知识而是观念，是经验，是思维方式，是对成长者灌输的一种养分。对学生的要求和期望是“读好书 做好人”赋予踏实和勤奋的理念。求实创新，为人师表，学高为师，生正为范。

我的导师陈涵奎教授他的课堂是后座五席，鸦雀无声，教室里回荡着陈老师抑扬顿挫 身形并茂的声音。

曾在同一座桥上看过流水，曾在同一片河面投下身影，诗意黯然的夏西岛，源远流长的丽娃河，才华横溢的老师们，激情飞扬的同学们，在华东师大的岁月成为我们青春最深刻，最美丽的记忆。

华东师大给予我们人生最初的梦想，这个梦想是奠定了我们人生的基础。师大的教育让我们获得的最大的财富就是：开放的思维方式，满怀的激情，志存高远的理想。深切的社会责任感，对生命本质的怜悯情怀，和浓厚的人文精神，让我们用人性的眼光看世界。

华东师大是我们的精神家园，更是我们的精神故乡，我们这些毕业几十年的学生都很感谢学校在各地成立校友会，这是母校的领导，老师们为校友们提供了宝贵的机会，今天学校党委罗书记，杨海燕处长在百忙中专程参加我们的会议，看老校友 指导我们校友会开展工作。我们非常感激也倍加珍惜。有了校友会，我们就有了游子归想的幸福感和责任感。我和我的校友们始终关注着母校的发展，也希望为母校的发展尽一份微薄之力。

I have a dream
