二、能熟知处理设备运行过程中出现故障的原因分析、处理方法及预防措施，建立岗位日常动态登记薄，记录可能出现的设备故障的原因查找因素、处理方法及注意事项，以指导全员操作。
三、熟悉设备上取样点的位置及车间公用介质取样点的布局及取样周期、全检项目，配合取样人员取样并关注检测结果，依据检测结果进行临时性处理。
四、熟悉出现紧急问题（设备开机，车间无纯化水；ro及混床出水电导率过高；原水箱缺水、管道漏水、开启原水泵无压力、无流量等异常情况）应该采取的应急措施，并制定严格、规范的文字性文件，做到不同的人遵照操作达到同一个效果。
五、熟练掌握并运用操作规程和标准操作法规定的与公用介质制备、储存及供应的各项规定（操作方法、运行参数、注意事项及其他要求），面对参观或认证人员，做到有问必答，答能合法。
六、熟悉公用介质常规检测设备（电导率仪、ph计、滤芯完整性检测仪等）的操作方法、易损部件、消耗品（电极、检测用的试剂、滤芯、再生用的工业盐、酸、碱等）的使用寿命、更换周期等，做到及时报备，不影响日常检测。
作为一名班组长而言，岗位操作技能主要包括工作态度、知识层面和立志创新这三个方面。
一、树立端正的工作态度，极强的服务意识。在工作中摆正自己的位置，积极配合xx抓好基础的管理工作；把握员工的思想动态，上情下达，下情上传，充分起到桥梁的作用；工作态度决定服务态度，服务态度决定工作质量;做与不做是态度问题，做的好不好是能力问题，我宁肯花大力气提高自己的能力，也不能在态度上出问题；
二、谦虚好学，学无止境。虽然在岗位操作技能方面有一定的基础，但对公用介质的知识总觉得不够。横向学习，只能是蜻蜓点水，只有纵向深入，才能更进一步地掌握和理解公用系统的高层知识。我还要带动班组成员和我一起学习，力争使每一个人都在以前的基础上有更大的进步，成为这方面的专家。班组长对班组的日常工作进行管理，管理知识不足给我的工作也带来了阻力，因此我要虚心地向直接上级学习管理方面的知识，尽快掌握“管人要管心，带人要带本”的管理

三、在熟练地运用操作方法的基础上，仔细观察，细心思考，在操作过程琢磨在不违背质量标准的前提下，如何既能科学、合理、规范地进行操作，并且省时、省力、省事，提高工作效率。然后提出对现行操作规程进行方法或是过程的改进建议，鼓励全员在岗位上挖掘可创新的潜力。
