2008年5月12日,四川省汶川市发生了举世震惊的大地震，怎样帮助四川地震中的生还者。这场地震将一个原本和谐，美丽的城市变成了废墟，这场地震夺去了许多人宝贵的生命，这场地震给全中国带来了深深的伤痛，这场地震给全人类上了一节震撼的生命教育课，这场地震带来了我们心中无限的惋惜。

地震爆发后，政府立刻采取紧急救援措施，救出大批生还者并妥善安置了他们。

在救援工作进行之时，国家就开始颁布救灾政策和灾后重建政策。在重建政策中，帮助生还者是重点工作之一。下面就选几个方面说一下。

首先：通过运输和免费提供大量的生存物资给以生还者以保障其基本生活不成问题。如将生还者安置在安全、统一的地方，给他们发放帐篷、食物、水等物资。

其次：开展重建工作，逐步恢复正常的生产等社会运作。如恢复交通运输，恢复教育等。使得生还者能尽可能回到正常的生活上来。

再次：保护孤儿。在这场灾难中有许多孩子失去了双亲，日后的生活得不到保障。对于他们而言，未来是一个让他们恐惧的未知，妥善安置他们让他们的生活有所保障非常重要。

最后：对生还者的心理治疗。30年前，唐山也爆发了一次举世震惊的大地震。30年过去了，唐山市的灾后重建工作也已经完成很久了，可是对于经历过当年唐山大地震的人来说，仍然对心有余悸，很多仍没走出地震的阴影。因此，对生还者的心理治疗应当是一个重大议题。国家也组织了大量的心理学人才前往救助，希望帮助那些刚经历过地震的生还者们走出地震的阴影，重拾对生活的勇气。

除了国家政策以外，社会群众也对地震中的生还者给以了极大的关注。

地震爆发后不久，灾区就陆续收到社会各机构、组织的资金和物资捐赠。红十字会还多次组织献血，为灾区救治工作提供了极大的帮助。

同时，社会各界也多次举行募捐，为灾区筹集资金和物资。如我们学校也举行过一次全校募捐，老师和学生也积极参与了捐款，为灾区的生还者献上一份爱心，演讲稿《怎样帮助四川地震中的生还者》。

作为学生，我们也可以为帮助四川地震的生还者贡献一份力量。

第一：我们可以捐款，献血，甚至在假期加入到四川的志愿者队伍。

第二：在课余时间，利用互联网搜集并建立关于在灾害中如何自救知识的网站，让更多的人学习到有用的自救知识，并认识到学会自救的重要性。例如在地震来临时，我们应该怎样做才能减少收到伤害。

第三：努力学习，在毕业后投身灾区的重建。例如学习心理学，几年后到灾区做心理医生，帮助经历过这次地震的生还者走出阴影。或者毕业后到灾区做教师，护士等，亲身帮助他们。

不管怎么说，要帮助四川地震中的生还者，我觉得最重要的还是做好自己。我不是说做好自己就不要关心他们，帮助他们。我的意思是说，在想要帮助他们之前首先要做好自己的本分。新闻曾经报道过，大约两个星期前，重庆有一名医生，在医院不批准假期的情况下私自到灾区帮忙，结果回来之后被医院辞退。这名医生毫无疑问是位热心的人，可是她也是个不负责任的人，她突然离开职位，她的病人怎么办呢？要帮助别人是好事，可是这不是个任性地不顾其他人的借口。

就拿我们来说，道理也是一样的。我们希望帮助别人，但现在我们首先是学生。学生的第一任务是学习。如果抛下自己的功课，即使可以到达灾区帮助地震的生还者也不见得就是做好了自己。这是对学校，对家庭，对自己的不负责任。

总的来说，我认为对于我们学生而言，要帮助四川生还者最重要是心意。我们应该要尽可能地给以我们的爱心，但一定是先尽了自己的本分之后

May 12,2008.there was a big earthquake happened in Wenchuan city,Sichuan procvinbe.The earthquake was world-shaking..The earthquake destroyed a hamonious and beautiful city into ruin.The earthquake pested a lot of people’ presious lives.The earthquake brought deep sorrow to the whole nation.The earthquake gave a heartquake lesson of life education.The earthquake made us feel endless pity.After the earthquake broke out,the government took urgent actions immediately and brought off numbers of surviors and posited them appropriately.When succoring,government started to promulgate policies on saving and reestablishment after the disaster.In the policies on reestablishment ,helping survivors is one of the vital points.Here I am to talk about some facets.First of all,offering a lot of basic material for survivors to ensure they can live.For example ,placed the survivors in a safe place and then provided them with tents,food,water and so on.After that,began rebuilding the city and its facilities and getting back to normal daily social producing.Such as gettting back to the nomal transporting,education ,etc to help survivors get back to normal living.And then,to protect the orphans.This disaster made many children lose their dear parents even relatives, they are lonely and no one guarantees their lives later.They are afaid of the unknowable futures and they are very pathetic.Thus ,to protect them well is also vitally important.Finally, about the mental help.Thirty years ago, Tangshan broke out a big earthquake too.Now 30 years is over, Tangshan people have finished the reestablishment for long.But for the survivors of Tangshan earthquake ,they are frightened of earthquake even in nowadays.Then are in the hatching even so many years has passed!It reveals how important the mental help is.Our agovernment think so too.It sent a group of psychologists to help survivors who just suffered from earthquake to overcome the incubus and to be courageus again.Besides,our society has paid a great attention to the disaster area.Not long after the earthquake broke out,the survivors in Sichuan earthquake received a great number of material and money donated by different social organizations and departments.Especially the Red Cross,it did a great help in iatrical salvation.Meanwhile, many organizations organized activities to send round the hat for the survivors.For example ,there was an activity like that held in our college, and both our generous teachers and students gave great responses to it.What we our college students can do to help the survivors?

Firstlly,we can donate our money or material as possible as we can.Reestablishment needs a large number of those things and to reestablish is the best way for the survivors.You know, nothing will be better than to have a steady life with a comfortable home.Secondly, we can train ourselves and join the volunteers to go to the disater area to help.The team of volunteers is large enough, especially the volunteers can do mental help are very limitted.In spite of this ,I am not so agree to do so if you are not independent enough to protect as well as take good care of yourself.Thirdly, pray for them and do everything can express your love to them.In the end,study hard so that can throw ourselves into reestablishing the disaster area after graduation.And in this way ,we can help the survivors more practically.For example,we can be teachers ,nurses,etc.to help them.We can go into their lives.I think it is the most useful and practical way for us.Because our potence is very limitted.As consumers, we have limitted money and material to help the survivors.As students ,we are not independent to leave home far away to the disater area and we have responsibilities of students.But we can adjust our career choises after graduation so that we can really do help to survivors.That’s all of my opinions.Thank you for listening.

2013年4月20日上午8点02分，四川雅安发生7.0级地震。震中位于雅安市芦山县龙门镇，震源深度13公里，为浅源地震。估算震中烈度：I=（7-1）*1.5=9度，而芦山县建筑抗震设防烈度为7度。。

震级表征一次地震所释放能量的大小，级数越高代表释放能量越多。烈度表征某一区域内地表和各类建筑遭受某次地震影响的平均强弱程度，离某次震中越远，烈度越低。

设防烈度一般取基本烈度，即在50年内发生的可能性超过10%的烈度。

芦山县罕遇地震烈度约为8度，即50年内发生的可能性超过2%的烈度；而此次地震烈度达到9度，50年内发生此事的概率低于2%甚至低于1%，从经济角度考虑，建筑结构设计三水准设防时仅保证受8度罕遇地震影响时，建筑物不致倒塌或发生危及生命安全的严重破坏，故此次地震对芦山县符合设计标准的建筑物的不倒塌都难以保证。。

大自然总给我们带来一些意想不到的事情来考验我们，所以可以说这次地震强度的发生是个小概率事件（低于1%）；另一方面也可以说设防烈度的划定确实难以把握，仅人为地认为50年内发生高于7度的损害的概率为10%，可大自然的心情我们哪能把握的这么准确呢，毕竟地震发

生的各个方面很难清楚的观察得到。

总之，就是经济性和安全性之间存在着的永恒的矛盾需要我们在和大自然的交往中妥善协调，从而使人与自然相处的更加和谐，人类的发展更加安全更加健康更加可持续。
