英语创新

一、给学生安全、自由感,激发学生的创新意识

教师对学生的态度应该是“微笑和点头,专心听他说,鼓励和赞美”。

“微笑”代表一种亲密关系,是一种“我不讨厌你”或“喜欢你”的个体表现;微笑是增进师生关系的营养剂,也是教师态度改变的第一步骤。

“点头”,表示接纳对方,是一种鼓励,是一种增强,让对方继续表示他的想法。学生看到老师对自己点头,常会受宠若惊,对教师倍感亲切。

“专心”是一种专注行为的表现。教师通过眼神、手势、姿态以及适当的口语反应等方式,集中精神与学生沟通。专注行为对学生的影响是鼓励自由地说出他们的观点和想法,也就是说教师尊重学生,有一种强而有力的增强作用。

“听他说”是一种倾听,除了以耳朵听学生的话外,更要用眼睛注视学生的身体语言。“听”也是解决问题的新方法,在人与人的相处上可以发挥很大的力量。听可以减轻情势的紧张与压力,因为不管是一个多么狂暴、愤怒或冲动的场面,当一方在专心倾听的时候,整个气氛已被缓和了。

二、培养学生的协作精神,是创新教育的动力

教学中要注意发挥教师的指导作用和学生的主体作用。首先要为学生提供参与教学的机会,不断激发和引导他们的学习兴趣,为他们提供更多的思考和创造的时间和空间。如在高一英语第一、二单元教直接引语和间接引语过程中可以设计这样一个游戏:传话筒。全班可以分成四大组,每组的第一位同学是发话人,请后面同学把话传给最后一位同学(受话人),要其干或不干几件事,受话人接到请求后,用具体动作行为表现出来。这个游戏可以在组与组之间进行比赛,看谁把话传得快、传得对、而且表演正确。这样的教法和学法,会引发学生跃跃欲试的心理,学生在亲自参与活动获得成功的过程中,体验到成功的喜悦。其次,要加强课堂讨论,强化学生的竞争意识和创新意识,培养学生提出问题和解决问题的能力。如在讲授介绍你最喜欢的国家。活动时间:学完“综合技能”后,活动形式:小组活动:讨论决定将要介绍的国家、介绍形式和个人任务;个人活动:查找有关资料并起草讲稿或列出讲话提纲;小组活动:整合、排练小组介绍;班级活动:小组介绍任务完成情况并做出评价。通过任务,培养学生主动学习能力;通过小组合作,建立同学间协作学习方式,进而提高学习效率;通过交流,学生可以接触到同一话题的多种信息,扩大知识面。第三,将英语游戏引入课堂,在游戏中培养学生的想象力及参与意识。英语课堂教学活动,不仅仅是语言知识的传授和能力的训练,更重要的是师生之间、学生之间在信息传递和情感交流中思维的碰撞,新信息的获取。课堂上开展pair work等教学活动,要以小组成员合作性活动为主体,以小组目标达成为标准,以小组成绩奖励为评

价依据,师生在小组内相互讨论、评价、启发、激励,从而拓展学生的思维空间,提高学生的创造思维能力。

三、设疑布阵,激发求知,是创新教育的良好方法

在教学中教师应善于引导学生于无疑处觅有疑,善于激疑,有意训练学生发现问题的能力。教师可精心设计一组类似的问题,使学生沿着教师引导的逻辑思路步步深入,达到恍然大悟、触类旁通的目的,也可使学生按教师的指导自己去发现、探索,并得出结论。如是一篇阐明世界人口的科普文章,没有引人入胜的情节,比较枯燥。教师在上课时带来一个挂钟,说:“今天大家看时间,来算一道题。”学生们甚是惊奇:英语课怎么上成数学课了?这时教师让学生静静地注视着秒针走了一圈,然后在黑板上写下一道题:174×60×24=?待学生报出答案:250560,教师问:“你们知道这是什么数字吗?这就是现在全世界每天出生的婴儿数量。”当学生惊讶时,教师接着问:so it goes on, what will the world be in 600 years? 学生答:we don’t know.教师可趁势打开录音机说:listen and find the answer. 正如爱因斯坦所说:“提出一个问题往往比解决一个问题更重要。”教师应鼓励学生质疑问难,培养他们敢于标新立异、别出心裁,敢于逾越常规,敢于想象猜测,敢言别人所未言,敢做别人所未做,宁愿冒犯错误的风险,也不要把自己束缚在一个狭小的框内的创造品格。一方面要引导学生经常换个角度看问题,多问几个为什么,以便从多角度探索求异;另一方面,引导学生广泛联想,对学生进行发散性思维训练;再就是帮助学生归纳、总结,发现新问题。

四、重视学法指导,培养自学能力,是创新教育的关键

教给学生学习方法是重要的。古人云:授人以鱼,不如授之以渔。这就是说教师不仅教给学生知识,更重要的是教会学生获取知识的方法和本领,以适应竞争日益激烈的社会需要。著名教育家叶圣陶说过“教是为了不需要教”,“不教是为了养成学生有一辈子自学的能力”。因此指导学生正确的学习方法,培养良好的学习习惯和自学能力,激发学生学习的积极性是创新教育的关键所在。培养学生自学能力的途径有:开办英语角、英语演讲比赛、英语晚会等形式。通过这些形式尽可能让学生动脑、动口、动眼、动手,使他们从中受到激励、启发,产生联想、灵感,增添创造意向,训练和培养创新能力。通过实践可知,英语的自学能力由以下几方面组成:能根据读音规则拼读、拼写英语单词和朗读课文;能独立运用视听手段听懂英语课文并操练英语;能独立回答教师根据课文提出的问题;能独立完成教师提供预习和复习的作业;能独立使用学习工具书和使用电化教学设备;能阅读与所学课文相当的课外读物;具备在预习课文时找出疑难点,并向教师质疑问难的能力。只有这样,学生才能唤起潜在的创造智能,在意志和信念的推动下,支配自学探索活动,不断更新、深化和充实已获取的知识,为创造性思维的发展奠定基础。

One’s achievement isn’t for money and fame,but for being well.Franklin.D.Roosevelt once said:“Success is doing what you want to do.”I believe it firmly.Personal satisfaction that you got from the process for the dream, is the best reward for your achievement, which gives you spiritual legacy.As a matter of fact, spiritual legacy is more valuable than wealth and fame in my thought, because the latter can only make you happy for a short while.Those men, aimed at fame and wealth, couldn’t insist on working hard for their dreams all the time and easily meet their waterloo.Besides, they sometimes are called“dogs in the manger.”

It is obvious that if you just long for money and power, your dreams aren’t real dreams.Also, as for me, it is in order to make my life meaningful that I study hard everyday.I sometimes thought of Madam Gurie, a great scientist who twice won The Nobel Prize, concentrated her thought and energy on her research and experiments all her life.But what impressed me most aren’t her achievements she got then, but her attitudes towards wealth and fame.How it surprised me that she gave her medals to her daughter as toys and contributed her bonus to research.Did she love wealth and fame better rather than personal satisfaction? The answer is obvious.When I was young ,my father often went fishing with me on weekends.After having sought out a good place and having made everything prepared, we could lie on the grass for a whole day.Not expecting for any fishes, we relaxed ourselves and enjoyed the sightseeing around us.The happiness and fulfillment we got were more valuable to me rather than the cheap fishes.To care for wisdom and truth and improvement of the soul is far better than to seek money and honor and reputation.Although I still have a lot of difficulties achieving my goals, the happiness and fulfillment I have received will motivate me to go on with them.In a word, I am a man who agrees that the personal satisfaction is the best reward for one’s achievement.I am a slow walker, but I’ll never walk backwards.

创新英语游戏(苏南)1.单词、句型糖果/单词、句型羽毛

 教学目标:集中幼儿注意力,让幼儿多开口说单词及句型。 教具准备:单词卡、句型卡或板书。 游戏玩法1: a.通读卡片。

b.教师朝双手中间念出单词或句型,包好做成糖果,扔向小朋友,接到糖果的小朋友要大声说出单词或句型。(可以个人、分组、全体)游戏玩法2: a.通读卡片。

b.教师将卡片贴在黑板上,教师不出声,假装用手把单词放到手里,做成单词糖果,然后扔向小朋友,这锻炼了幼儿的观察能力,集中了幼儿的注意力。

 注意事项:要求教师表演要到位,增加游戏的趣味性,扔的方法要多变,例如:可以从高出抛,也可以从地板上滚,还可以做成“单词羽毛和气球”,吹给小朋友。

2.小乌龟运单词

 教学目标:练习单词、句型(大班、学前班)。 教具准备:单词卡、句型卡、塑胶垫子。 游戏玩法:

a.通读卡片,最先答对者玩游戏。

b.将幼儿分组,讲解规则,请幼儿扮演小乌龟,跪在垫子上,教师将图片放到幼儿后背上,幼儿要讲单词运到目的地,然后拿下来念出单词。但是还不可以回去。

c.该小组的其他幼儿必须回答老师三个问题,运单词的幼儿才可以回到座位。

3.Magic Dice(神奇的色子) 教学目标:特别好玩有趣的计分方式,激发幼儿说英语的兴趣,提高幼儿的竞争和团队合作意识,帮助教师管理纪律。

 教具准备:自制大色子一个,计分规则一张(或者直接画在黑板上)

 游戏玩法:

a.将幼儿分组,给好组名,喊出口号。

b.在黑板上画好计分模式:楼梯、小蛇、小鱼等,在上面画上 1到10。c.讲解规则:回答对老师一个问题就可得一分,违反一次纪律减一分。先得五分者有一次机会扔色子。

d.扔出一点:电网-1分;两点:棒棒糖+2分;三点:炸弹0分;四点:魔棒,任选1~10之间任何数;五点:台风0分;六点:大臭屁-3分。 注意事项:教师一定要用肢体语言和表情来讲解规则,既有效又可激发幼儿兴趣,在活跃课堂气氛的同时要注意控制课堂纪律。

4.“放我出去!”

 教学目标: 又是一个有趣的计分方式。激励幼儿开口说英语。 教具准备:单词卡、粉笔、黑板。 游戏玩法:

a.将幼儿分组,给组名,喊口号。

b.给每组画上一个卡通人物/或班级小朋友的头像。

c.讲解游戏规则:第一组答对问题,教师就在第二组的图上画一条线,反之亦然。最后就会出现很好玩的情景,有一组的小人被关在监狱里啦。

d.请本组的小朋友一起来解救他吧,只要说出一个单词,教师就擦掉一条栏杆。 注意事项:

教师要随时注意观察幼儿的情绪,因为有的幼儿看到被关起来,会很激动,会不高兴,所以这个时候一定要让其他幼儿说单词,马上将他救出来。

5.大猩猩摘香蕉

 教学目标:练习单词及句型。 教具准备:贴有单词卡的香蕉图片。 游戏玩法:

a.通读卡片,将“大香蕉”放到地板上。b.将幼儿分组。

c.讲解规则:教师读单词/句型,幼儿要模仿大猩猩走路的样子,选出相应的单词/句型卡并读出来。d.最先答对者得分。

6.架子鼓

 教学目标:练习幼儿听力、口语、和互相交流的能力。练习数字或时间。 教具准备:塑料高凳子、小锤子。 游戏玩法:

a.教师扮演架子鼓手,敲击凳子,表演一段来吸引幼儿。

b.教师示范:例如,教师敲三下,Children, children, what’s the time?

幼儿回答: It’s 3 o’ clock.可将1~12点打乱顺序敲。(也可以练习数字)c.请最先答出的幼儿到前面来扮演小鼓手,随意敲,然后问,Children, children, what’s the time? 然后再请最先答对的幼儿上来替换这个幼儿。

 注意事项:教师的表演要具有煽动性,能够引起幼儿的兴趣,让他们想跃跃欲试。教师只起指导作用,尽量让幼儿多开口去说,最后达到幼儿互问互答的目的。

7. 爵士舞“Touch, Touch, Touch”  教学目标:练习听力、复习单词  教具准备:单词卡或实物  游戏玩法:

a.通读卡片,将图片分放在教室各个地方。b.教师先示范一次。

c.教师唱歌,幼儿听出教师所唱单词,边走爵士舞步边找到图片、摸图片并说出图片。

d.然后迅速跑到教师身边,拥抱教师,教师和其他幼儿一起表扬和鼓励这位幼儿。(可以先个人,然后三、四人一起玩。)e.歌词:T: Touch, touch the …

Now, come here.C: Now, come here.T: Very good.T&C: Very good. 注意事项: 教师走的时候一定要有节奏感,要夸张,幼儿才能模仿的象,才有娶。一定注意让幼儿摸到图片后开口说英语。教师的位置可以随时移动,让幼儿到处找你,然后拥抱你。一次不要选太多幼儿,避免发生危险。

8.语音游戏

 教学目标:练习自然拼音、让幼儿熟悉字母发音及原因。 教具准备:标有单词的单词卡、可爱苍蝇拍  游戏玩法:

a.出示卡片,用自然拼音教授幼儿单词读音。

b.将单词读音分成两部分,与幼儿做游戏。例如:elephant T: ele

C: elephant T: elephant C:(being quiet)

 注意事项:教师在读单词时,要注意语音语调的抑扬顿挫,要轻盈、可爱。还要注意节奏的把握,可以说两下,也可以说三下,可慢说,可快说。要灵活多变。

9.我猜,我猜,我猜猜

 教学目标: 集中幼儿注意力,锻炼幼儿观察教师口型的能力,纠正幼儿的发音。

 教具准备:单词卡  游戏玩法: a.将幼儿分组。b.教师不出声,利用唇语说出单词,幼儿观察,说出单词。c.答对后,教师可以出示正确的图片,并且为幼儿所在组加上一分。

10.鲨鱼来了

 教学目标:练习一般疑问句及其回答。 教具准备:鲨鱼头饰、单词卡、呼拉圈。 游戏玩法: a.将幼儿分组。

b.教师扮演鲨鱼,在地上摆好呼拉圈,讲解规则。

c.教师出示图片提问,幼儿根据图片回答。如果幼儿回答No, I’m not.的时候,鲨鱼不会出现,鱼儿可以自由自在的游动。当幼儿回答 Yes, I am.的时候,鲨鱼出动,鱼儿要躲到呼拉圈内,否则将被鲨鱼吃掉。d.加分或减分。

 注意事项:先请一位英语较好的幼儿示范,然后再多叫几名幼儿来玩游戏,可多放几个呼拉圈,分散幼儿,避免危险。
