时间过得真快,本学期的教学工作行将结束。本学期,我担负七年级三四班的英语教学工作。根据开学初制定的教学工作计划,现就本学期教学工作总结以下:
一、学生的基本情况
两个班级部份学生的基础比较差,拼写不规范,学习不主动,对英语的爱好不浓。在我所教班级学生当中三分之一的学生的基础比较扎实,学习态度认真,对英语感爱好。
二、采取的措施
英语作为一门外语,对大多数学生而言,既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。为此,我采取了一些方法,如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学;开展形式多样、生动活泼的课堂语言实践活动;介绍英美国家的文化,生活故事;帮助班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语,从而培养了学生学习英语的兴趣。目前,我们班学生对英语学习的兴趣始终稳定在较高水平。
1、教学进程中,留意抓常规教学,以学生为主体,面向全体学生组织教学,留意培养学生的听说读写的能力。
2、抓辞汇和句型学习,经常进行听写练习,进步学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵。
3、课内外多听多说英语。上课时尽可能用英语授课,这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的平经常使用语和所学句型表演不同情势的对话,也能够结合实物和图片等用英语进行简单的描写,培养学生的语感。
4、抓测验,重视讲评课,并进行考试分析。
5、为了增加学生的辞汇量,让学生天天积累个单词,每日都有小测试。
6、在教学进程中充分利用小组学习,发挥组长带头作用。
三、教学方面
1、教学工作
每天都有积极的精神状态,让学生感受到一种积极的学习气氛。我能遵循听说领先、读写跟上的教学要求,努力加大课堂训练量,加快课堂节奏,切实提高课堂教学效率。除保证课堂效果之外,还需要让学生课外多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早读时,我坚持到班辅导,发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业,发现问题及时解决。首先,我认真地分析教材的编写特点及体系,知道了中学英语必须要求把握的学习内容,然后就有的放矢地结合中学生的生活实际进行口语、辞汇、句型的练习。每次备课时,我都仔细研究教材、考虑学生的分层和知识差异,穿插一些生动有趣的游戏活动和中西方文化差异故事。通过这些活动,增强了学生的英语学习热情和爱好。而且,我经常故意识地给学生们创设说英语的环境,课堂上也尽可能要求他们用英语提问。总之,通过一系列的手段让学生体会到学、用英语的乐趣,养成使用英语的良好习惯和意识。
2、学困生转化工作
学困生转化工作也是英语教学的一个重要环节。假如老师只重视优秀学生的教学那末我敢判定他的教学是失败的。好的教师应是通过抓两头,促中间的方法到达班级语言水平的平衡、发展。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,以打好他们的初一基础。我经常利用课间给差生补课,谈话,找班主任了解情况。
3、其他工作
在尽可能教好本学期教学内容的同时,我还给学生补充了很多课外知识,这一切不但扩大了学生的知识面,而且进步了学生的学习积极性。

My birthday is june fourth.When...........My.....When.....My.......我们来看一下第一句,告诉我这句话什么意思?“jeff,你的生日是什么时候?我的生日是6月4日。”Nice!第二句,“。。。”第三句,“。。。”
这三个对话就是在询问对方的生日和对方的回答。用when来遇到的疑问句,表示询问时间。
我们重点看下日期的表示,june fourth,6月4日。月份+序数词表日期。
说到序数词,之前我们已经学过了,那基数词变为序数词要怎么变呢。很简单,同学们几下变化口诀: 一、二、三,特殊记,词尾字母 t,d,d;八减 t , 九减 e, f 来把 ve 替; 单词 ty 作结尾,ty 变成 tie;若是碰到几十几,只变个位就可以。解析:
序数词的用法:表示事物的顺序叫序数词。序数词往往与定冠词 the 连用。(1),1----3,没有规律,要逐个记忆。one first;two second;three third;
(2).4-----12.有规律,其中 four, six , seven ,ten , eleven 是在基数词的后面加上 th, 而 five fifth , eight eighth , nine ninth , twelve twelfth 是没有规律,要逐个记忆。
(3).13------20 有规律,是在基数词的后面加上 th 就行。
(4)第二十至第九十的整十的倍数都是在基数词后将词尾的-y 改为 i, 再加-eth 构成的。(5),十位以上的基数词变成序数词时,把个位数变成序数词即可,十位数不变。第一百、第一千、第一百万都是在基数词的后面直接加上-th 构成。(6),序数词的缩写形式是由阿拉伯数字加上序数词的最后两个字母构成。一分钟时间变看口绝不,边把从1到30变成序数词看会不会。等下我们来玩游戏。
游戏设计:
游戏1:准备好卡片协商基数词和序数词1—31,把数字卡片装在一个开口的盒子里让每个同学抽一张,抽到的同学依次读出来并报出抽到数字的序数词(抽到序数词的读出来)。游戏2:教师准备一个小纸箱,请学生将自己的生日日期用英语写好投入箱中,再请同学轮流到前面来,每次上来4位,抽出任意一张纸条向全班同学读,听到自己的生日就站起来说:It’s my birthday.(每次上来4位,可以互相询问月份名词读法)

一、教材分析 对于刚进入七年级的学生来说,在预备篇第三单元他们会继续学习26个英文字母中的S—Z和谈论颜色。在预备篇前两个单元中,学生主要学习的是字母A—R及元音字母a,e,I,o在单词中的基本发音,本单元会学习u在单词中的常见发音。通过预备篇三个单元的学习,教师应尽量激发并强化英语学习处于不同层次的学生(包括小学阶段没有学习过英语的学生)的学习兴趣,引导学生树立学好英语的信心,乐于与他人合作和参与英语实践活动,并且乐于了解异国文化,为初中乃至以后的英语学习奠定良好的基础。
