一、非隔离DC/DC技术迅速发展

近年来，非隔离DC/DC技术发展迅速。目前一套电子设备或电子系统由于负载不同，会要求电源系统提供多个电压挡级。如台式PC机就要求有+12V、+5V、+3.3V、-12V四种电压以及待机的+5V电压，主机板上则需要2.5V、1.8V、1.5V甚至1V等。一套AC/DC中不可能给出这样多的电压输出，而大多数低压供电电流都很大，因此开发了很多非隔离的DC/DC，它们基本上可以分成两大类。一类在内部含有功率开关元件，称DC/DC转换器。另一类不含功率开关，需要外接功率MOSFET，称DC/DC控制器。按照电路功能划分，有降压的STEP-DOWN、升压的BOOST，还有能升降压的BUCK-BOOST或SEPIC等，以及正压转成负压的INVERTOR等。其中品种最多，发展最快的还是降压的STEP-DOWN。根据输出电流的大小，分为单相、两相及多相。控制方式上以PWM为主，少部分为PFM。

在非隔离的DC/DC转换技术中，TI公司的预检测栅驱动技术采用数字技术控制同步BUCK，采用这种技术的DC/DC转换效率最高可以达到97%，其中TPS40071等是其代表产品。BOOST升压方式也出现了采用MOSFET代替二极管的同步BOOST的产品。在低压领域，增加效率的幅度很大，而且正在设法进一步消除MOSFET的体二极管的导通及反向恢复问题。

二、开关电源吹响数字化号角

目前在整个的电子模拟电路系统中，电视、音响设备、照片处理、通讯、网络等都逐步实现了数字化，而最后一个没有数字化的堡垒就是电源领域了。近年来，数字电源的研究势头不减，成果也越来越多。在电源数字化方面走在前面的公司有TI和Microchip。TI公司既有DSP方面的优势，又兼并了PWM IC专业制造商UNITRODE公司，该公司已经用TMS320C28F10制成了通讯用的48V输出大功率电源模块，其中PFC和PWM部分完全为数字式控制。现在，TI公司已经研发出了多款数字式PWM控制芯片。目前主要是UCD7000系列、UCD8000系列和UCD9000系列，它们将成为下一代数字电源的探路者。它们总体上既包括硬件部分，还要做软件编程。硬件部分包括PWM的逻辑部分、时钟、放大器环路的模数转换、数模转换以及数字处理、驱动，同步整流的检测和处理等。

目前在电源领域里的竞争主要还是性能价格的竞争，所以数字电源还有很长的路要走，然而电源领域的数字化的号角已经吹响了。

三、初级PWM控制IC不断优化

有源箝位技术历经十余年经久不衰，自从2002年VICOR公司此项专利技术到期解禁之后，各家公司开发的新型有源箝位控制IC如雨后春笋般涌现，给用户提供了充分的选择。

控制早期有源箝位控制技术的TI，不仅保持了原有的UCC3580系列，又新开发了性能更优越的UCC2891-94，它采用电流型控制方式，综合了高边箝位、低边箝位两种控制方案，给出了全新的控制技巧。OnSemi先推出了低压(100V)有源箝位的NCP1560控制芯片，随后又推出了高压应用的控制芯片NCP1280，它既解决了LCD TV等离子TV电源的要求，现在又直指下一代无风扇的PC机电源。美国NS公司的5000系列中专门有一款LM5025的有源箝位控制IC，连名不见经传的Semtech公司也给出了有源箝位的控制芯片，型号是SC4910，可见其背后蕴藏着巨大的市场商机。直到最近TI公司又推出的有源箝位控制IC UCC2897，已经将有源箝位的PWM控制做到了完美无缺。而台商飞兆公司则给出了最廉价的有源箝位控制IC，即SD7558和SD7559。

在大功率领域，全桥移相ZVS软开关技术在解决开关电源的效率上功不可没。从TI公司的UC3875到UCC3895，再从Linear公司的LTC1922到LTC3722增加了自适应检测技术，使全桥移相技术达到了顶峰。然而，在同步整流技术普遍应用的今天，它却无法实现最佳的ZVS同步整流。因为全桥移相电路在本质上是属于非对称的，它无法实现完全的ZVS同步整流，由于其开启和关断过程总有一半是硬开关，因而效率比不上对称电路拓扑的ZVS方式的同步整流。最新的科技成果应该是INTERSIL公司推出的PWM对称全桥的ZVS控制IC-ISL6752。它既能控制初级侧的四个MOS开关为ZVS工作状态，又能准确地给出控制二次侧的同步整流为ZVS工作状态的驱动信号。采用这颗IC制作的400W的DC/DC再加上先进的功率MOSFET，转换效率可达到95%。

对于小功率的开关电源，则仍旧是反激变换器的PWM控制IC，但是它必须要能很好地解决二次侧的同步整流的控制方式。OnSemi公司的NCP1207和NCP1377是高压AC/DC领域的佼佼者。若能再配上TI公司的反激变换器的同步整流控制IC-UCC27226，则能使它们成为几乎完美无瑕的高效率电源。低压DC/DC领域中的反激变换器控制IC中，Linear公司的LTC3806则是上乘之作。LTC3806不仅能控制好PWM，还给出准确的二次侧同步整流驱动信号，是低压小功率电源控制IC的杰作。

综上所述，开关电源设计时可以选择最佳控制方式和最佳电路拓扑。大功率应该是全桥ZVS加上二次侧ZVS同步整流，典型控制IC是ISL6752；中等功率到小功率应该是有源箝位正激变换ZVS软开关配上二次侧的预检测栅驱动技术的同步整流；而小功率应该是配好同步整流的反激变换。当然，这里没有绝对的界限，只是不同的条件下应该有相应的最佳选择。

四、同步整流技术实现高效

从上世纪90年代末期同步整流技术诞生以来，开关电源技术得到了极大的发展，采用IC控制技术的同步整流方案已经为研发工程师普遍接受，现在的同步整流技术都在努力实现ZVS、ZCS方式的同步整流。

从2002年美国银河公司发表了ZVS同步整流技术之后，现在已经得到了广泛应用。这种方式的同步整流系巧妙地将二次侧驱动同步整流的脉冲信号调为比一次侧的PWM脉冲信号的上升沿超前，下降沿滞后的方法实现了同步整流MOS的ZVS方式工作。最新问世的双输出式PWM控制IC几乎都在控制逻辑内增加了对二次侧实现ZVS同步整流的控制端子。例如：Linear公司的LTC3722、LTC3723，INTERSIL公司的ISL6752等。这些IC不仅努力解决好初级侧功率MOSFET的软开关，而且着力解决好二次侧的ZVS方式的同步整流，转换效率可达94%以上。

在非对称的开关电源电路拓扑中，特别是对于性能良好的正激电路或正激有源箝位电路，在二次侧的同步整流中，为了实现ZVS方式的同步整流，消除MOSFET体二极管的导通损耗和反向恢复时间带来的损耗，TI公司的专利技术“预检测栅驱动技术”在控制芯片中增加了大量的数字控制技术，正激电路同步整流的控制芯片UCC27228的诞生使正激电路的效率达到了前所未有的高效率。再配合好初级侧的有源箝位技术之后，使这种最新的电路模式既做到了初级侧的软开关ZVS方式工作，又解决了磁芯复位及能量回馈，减轻了功率MOSFET的电压应力，还做到了二次侧的ZVS最佳状态的同步整流，综合使用这两项技术的中小功率的DC/DC变换器，其效率都在94%以上，功率密度也都能达到200W/in以上。

五、专家观点：能源紧缺急需节能政策出台

目前中国制造的开关电源占了世界市场的80%，但是高端市场上几乎没有我们的份额。我国目前能源紧缺，而电源行业又是一个与能源消耗密切相关的行业，所以需要政府以及学会团体应该在几个方面给电源的发展方向作出指导。

首先，彩电电源的空载功耗。在城市里很多家庭晚上看完电视后，采用遥控关断的方法关机，使电力白白消耗。这时彩电的空载损耗多在3.5W以上，欧洲标准是小于1W，日本标准是小于0.6W。

第二，国内各个家电厂商对于电源的效率要求不高，只要求价格。例如，DVD生产商在外配电源适配器时，宁可选择转换效率不足80%，空载损耗1.5W的49元一台的适配器，却不愿意选择转换效率90%以上，空载损耗<0.6W的59元一台的适配器。

目前，我们国家的石油进口已经超过50%，仍旧是缺油大国，如果私家车再多一些，我们到哪里去弄石油？是否该用法律及政策去鼓励企业和工程师多开发和生产高效率的电源呢？(电子技术)
