2、答：情景：“当人们要求我站起来讲话时，我就感到很不自在，心里害怕极了，脑子也乱得像一锅粥，顿时无法清晰地思考，也不能集中注意力。我记不清自己说了些什么，也不知道下一句该说什么。我特别希望自己表达得更自信、更自然、更有感染力！可以我越是希望如此，却越是达不到自己的要求。对于当众讲话，成了我的噩梦，一说要开会发言自己就会提前紧张，手心冒汗，非常痛苦·······”由此而引发现代人的表达障碍：(1)个人的个性特征差异引起的沟通障碍。个体的性格、气质、态度、情绪、兴趣等的差别，都会成为信息沟通的障碍。

(2)知识、经验水平的差距所导致的障碍。在信息沟通中，如果双方经验水平和知识水平差距过大，双方往往依据经验上的大体理解去处理信息，使彼此理解的差距拉大，形成沟通的障碍。

（3）对信息的态度、观点和信念不同所造成的障碍。一是认识差异。在管理活动中，不少员工和管理者忽视信息的作用的现象还很普遍，这就为正常的信息沟通造成了很大的障碍。二是利益观念。在团体中，不同的成员对信息有不同的看法，所选择的侧重点也不相同。很多员工只关心与他们的物质利益有关的信息，而不关系组织目标、管理决策等方面的信息，这也成了信息沟通的障碍。

（4）个人语言表达、交流和理解能力，记忆能力不佳所引起的障碍。沟通中个人之间互相传递时，同样的信息对不同的人理解来说含义是不一样的，组织中员工常有不同的背景，有着不同的说话方式和风格，对一样的事物也有着不同的理解，个人认识不同。

（5）相互不信任和沟通者的畏惧感所产生的障碍。沟通双方相互的不信任使得信息传递出现偏差或者延迟信息的传递。管理实践中，信息沟通的成败主要取决于上级与上级、领导与员工之间的全面有效的合作。但在很多情况下，这些合作往往会因下属的恐惧心理以及沟通双方的个人心理品质而形成障碍。
