好,接下来,我要考一考大家了,谁会唱《字母歌》?好,很多同学都会啊,那我们一起来唱一遍。“A B C D „„”。今天我们首先学习字母“A”,A长得像一个金字塔,在黑板上写出A的笔画顺序,小朋友们和老师一起用手写两遍“A”,在黑板上画一个蚂蚁的简笔画,让学生猜是什么动物,老师说这个蚂蚁的英文名叫“Ant”,叫同学们一起做字母操,一边念一边手写两遍“A”,两只手放在头上做蚂蚁的动作念道:“蚂蚁 ant 蚂蚁 ant”
接下来我们玩一个叫大小声的游戏,我说大声,你们要说小声,我说小声,你们要说大声。Mary现在把大家分成红队和蓝队两个组,看看那个组的反应更加迅速,表现更加好的组将获得一颗星星。让我们看看哪个组能够获胜。(游戏后)嗯,大家的反应都很快!
我们学完了字母呢,接下来,Mary要给大家讲个小故事。有一天,大家最讨厌的灰太狼先生假扮成羊,混入了羊群,他假装友善地和喜羊羊美羊羊打招呼,他说:“hello!”,但是非常聪明的喜羊羊,发现了灰太狼的尾巴和尖牙,于是他们说了句“Bye Bye”就马上逃走了。

初中英语教研组工作总结
本学期,受领导抬爱和同行信任,我担任了学校初中英语教研组组长一职,现本学期即将结束,在学校领导的关心、指导下,在每一位英语教师的努力下,我们圆满完成了本学期的教研任务和教学工作,总结本学期外语教研组的工作,我们一直朝着以下几个方面努力,并取得了一定的成绩。但也有一些值得思考的、改进的地方,现总结如下:
一,开学初,学校领导决定将以前的年级组改成教研组,办公室也从一楼搬到了三楼,这样做带来了两大好处,首先是同学科的教师一起办公可以更加有效的进行教研交流和业务交流,我们办公室5个人会经常坐在一起讨论一些在教学中存在的问题,比如某个知识点如何给学生讲更有效,如何提高学生学习英语的兴趣,如何更好的帮助学困生等等问题,这样做不但提高了英语教学质量和教学效果,也提高了老师的自生教学水平和业务水平,其次是这样做对月考阅卷有极大的好处,避免了跨学科阅卷的问题,当然也减少了阅卷食物的出现。
二,本学期,我们组进行了四次作业教案的检查,通过检查情况来看,我们组老师无论在备课,还是在必改作业方面都做的相当好,首先是教案和作业都达到了学校要求的篇数和次数,而且是高质量的完成,其次配套练习册和资料不但做到了精讲,而且做到了全批全阅,最后,我们组教师还进行了每个单元的单元检测。
三,教研组活动方面,我们组进行了两次(我和乔霞丽)听评课活动,达到了相互学习,相互促进,相互提高的目的,此外,七年级的周媛老师和杜红红老师还举行了盛大的圣诞晚会活动,收到了领导和老师的一致好评。
总之,一学期以来,英语组教师注意自身素质的提高,始终以高标准严格要求自己,在教育教学工作中取得了一定的成绩。但是,我们也深深知道,这些成绩的取得是在各级领导的关心、以及学校其他学科老师的大力支持与配合下取得的。我们还知道,我们的工作还有很多需要提高改进的地方,在今后的工作中,我们决心再接再厉,努力工作,为把学校英语教学各方面的工作提高到一个新层次而奋斗。
