认为学生用手机弊大于利的一些老师表示，学生用手机，对其身心两方面成长都不利。从生理上看，中小学生正处于身体发育阶段，使用手机时大脑中吸收的辐射比成年人要高出50％，对他们的脑部神经造成损伤；从心理上看，如果沉迷其中的娱乐功能，甚至发展到从网上下载黄色笑话和游戏、发短信考试作弊等，必然影响孩子的学习和品德塑造。同时手机多变的款式、漂亮的外观、悦耳的铃声也吸引着爱美的学生们，并以此作为赶潮流的一种标志，在一定程度上助长了攀比之风。持不同意见的学生及老师则认为，使用手机只是社会发展的一种必然现象，不见得使用手机的学生成绩就不好，使用得当的话还有助于学习，不能因为一些副作用就“因噎废食”，只要能保证文明地使用手机就无须反对。利：
