brands inland.To avoid being seen through by customers, some brands are trying to white washing themselves by all means.Take Ausnutria Dairy Group Co.as an example, it takes shares of European milk brands to white washing.Slide 5: Through research, I find that prices of OEM(original equipment manufacturer)per jar of milk powder is only 70 to 90 RMB while selling price reaches up to over 300.Actually, milk power prices rarely exceed 150RMB globally.Slide 6: Those above-mentioned foreign brands lack capability of R&D since they merely find cheap local factories of OEM, with low technical contents.Furthermore, OEM enterprises need to set up production lines according to Chinese production standards.But they are not good at it so there are risks.Finally, it will have an impact on the market since costs of production;research and marketing are usually lower than other brands.Slide 7: In terms of how to bring recovery to China dairy industry, the answer is self-evident.Encouraging the mainland dairy industry is the fundamental solution to the problem.In a bid to guarantee food safety, China will issue a specific regulation on baby formula in the near future.The new regulation will target the entire chain, from

production to circulation in the market.A slew of stricter supervisory measures will be adopted to handle the improper conduct of breeders, milk powder producers and salespeople, ensuring people's access to safe milk powder products.Regaining trust from customers will be long and hard.What is needed is not only support and trust from customers but also sincerity and effort of Chinese dairy industry.With confidence and aim, we believe future will pay back mainland dairy industry a bright prospect.Note: A lack of administration and supervision over the dairy industry is to blame for past food safety incidents.

近年来，因中国食品安全事件频出，外国奶粉乘虚而入在中国奶粉市场上快速扩张。从原奶基地到乳品生产加工再到销售网络，整个奶业产业链上都有洋奶粉“攻城略地”的身影。今年上半年，进口奶粉呈现量价齐升的态势，市场调查报告显示外资品牌占据了中国内地奶粉市场份额一半以上。

不少业内人士担忧，中国乳业如果再无作为，恐将出现阵地“全面失守”的大溃败。据广州黄埔海关统计，今年前7个月仅广东省就进口奶粉5.9万吨，比去年同期增加24.2%，进口平均价格每吨为3714美元，比去年同期上涨12.1%。

AC尼尔森公司关于中国奶粉行业零售情况的报告显示，目前中国内地排名前十位的奶粉品牌中，有5个为外国品牌，分别为多美滋、美赞臣、雅培、惠氏、雀巢，这些品牌总计占据内地奶粉市场份额的五成以上，并且几乎都是一、二线城市的高端市场。

广州一家婴幼儿奶粉企业资深高管人员告诉记者，当前中国奶粉市场销售总额在450亿元左右。近年来的奶业负面新闻使消费者倾向于信赖洋品牌，国内乳制品企业市场份额不断缩小。目前洋奶粉基本控制了中国高端奶粉市场的定价权。

今年7月，国际市场上原料奶粉价格回落时，雅培、惠氏等商家却以新产品、新包装为名变相涨价10%左右。业内人士普遍认为，洋奶粉纯利润普遍能达到20%左右，却说涨就涨，昭示了中国奶业话语权的失控。

值得注意的是，国内乳制品加工业对进口原料的依赖也日益加深，而且越来越多的国内乳品生产企业为迎合消费者而使用进口原料粉。

内蒙古骑士乳业股份有限公司副总经理菅海军说，进口大包奶粉一吨售价只有2.7万元左右，而自己生产一吨奶粉需约3万元成本，公司每生产一吨奶粉就要亏损约3千元，用洋奶粉是出于利润考量。

内蒙古蒙牛乳业（集团）股份有限公司品牌管理中心总经理黄元林说，尽管蒙牛有不少自控奶源，但由于国外原料粉价格低、质量稳定，蒙牛生产的冰淇淋也使用进口奶粉。在中国市场上，不少乳制品以“进口”作为卖点大肆宣传。就在近日，生命阳光奶粉甚至被媒体报道指其“原装进口”涉嫌造假。

与此同时，国外乳业企业全面布局中国市场。首先是自建上游奶源基地。据黄元林介绍，今年7月，新西兰恒天然集团宣布与河北省玉田县政府正式签署协议，将斥资2.6亿元人民币在玉田县新建牧场。恒天然乳业首席执行官安德鲁表示，5年内集团将在中国新建5到6个牧场，进一步拓展中国乳业市场。

其次是全面提升生产加工能力。日本明治乳业（苏州）有限公司筹划在苏州建厂，出资约30亿，主产液态奶和低温奶制品，预计2013年投产。法国食品巨头达能集团旗下的上海达能乳业今年7月试投产，主产乳饮料，预计年底大规模生产，日处理能力达到每天300吨。

第三是二、三线城市销售渠道快速铺设和下渗。接受记者采访的业内人士说，洋奶粉在牢牢掌控婴幼儿奶粉一线高端市场的同时，开始重点在二、三线城市铺销售网络，而且速度很快。这位业内人士说：“例如多美滋现在全国已有800多个经销商，美赞臣以前在整个辽宁省就两个经销商，现在每个地级市都有，网络下渗得很快。”

而国产奶粉“败退二线”的现实，让不少业内人士深表担忧。他们说，以前国产奶粉在二、三线城市占有绝对优势，现在已开始沦陷。当前中国奶业能与洋奶粉平分秋色，凭借的就是销售渠道的优势。“渠道制胜”的营销时代，外国品牌强势的渠道下渗，中国奶业可能面临的是“致命的威胁”。也有专家认为，从市场角度看，外国奶粉进入中国市场，是市场经济的客观需求。农业部奶业管理办公室副主任邓荣臻说，中国每年有1600多万初生婴儿，进口奶粉也是对国内供应的补充。

内蒙古奶联科技有限公司副总经理李兆林说，未来5年是中国奶业快速跨越发展的阶段，外资会加快进入中国市场，国产品牌与外国奶粉的竞争将愈加激烈。这不仅体现在奶业产业链上，也体现在奶业上游的饲料、添加剂、机械设备、食品包装等行业。更多的业内人士认为，中国奶业已从一线城市败退，二线城市优势也不断弱化，面对外国奶粉的强势扩张，中国奶业必须有所作为，自律自强。

黑龙江省奶业协会秘书长张维银、中国奶业协会常务理事陈三有等人认为，中国本土奶业的振兴，当务之急是以稳定的质量、良好的信誉重塑国内消费者信心，重新夺回市场。对此，他们建议，一是转变国内奶业一直以来的重加工、轻养殖的生产模式，加大奶源基地建设，稳定奶源供给，提高奶源质量，从源头保证安全性；二是完善食品安全标准，加强乳品生产的质量监管，提高产品质量稳定性。

百度数据研究中心发布报告显示，奶粉行业搜索指数在2012年四季度进入平稳状态：2012年奶粉行业在经历了众多质量门事件后，在Q4进入了平稳状态，Q4搜索日均搜索指数为110.9万，较上季度环比减少2.5%。随着各品牌奶粉质量门事件的频频发生，网民对奶粉的口碑评价以及奶粉的安全问题越来越关注。

关注度排名前十的奶粉品牌中，国产奶粉品牌伊利、圣元、蒙牛上榜。其中伊利以7%的关注度，位居榜首位置。

根据品牌属性不同，将奶粉分为国产奶粉和进口奶粉。2012年进口奶粉的关注度呈现稳步增长态势，Q4进口奶粉关注度高达63%。

2012年进口奶粉在四季度出现下滑，日均搜索为44.7万，环比减少2.6%。

品牌和产品是网民最关注的进口奶粉内容。随着越来越多洋奶粉频频爆出负面事件，网民对进口奶粉的口碑评价和产品安全信息也产生了高度关注.进口奶粉品牌竞争激烈，前十名关注度差距较小。雅培以11.1%的关注度位居行业榜首，四季度关注度环比增长0.15%。

One’s Life Attitude Is Important I was attending a seminar in Sydney in April and picked up a lecture note.In it was a reflection on “Attitude”.Let me quote the anonymous writer:

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.Attitude, to me, is more important than fact.It is more important than the past, than education , than money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.It is more important than appearance, intelligence or skill.It will make or break a company, a church or a home.”

This means that no matter what happens to you, it is hoe you react or respond to it that is important.You can’t control or influence certain events in life—earthquakes, sabotages, terrorist bombings, being sruck by lighting, a freak traffic accident and so on.But you can control how you think and feel about such incidents, even when you are the unfortunate victim of an accident.You can choose to moan and groan about misfortune, about what you have lost physically and financially.Or you can choose to count your blessings that you are still alive, that you have most of your physical or mental faculties.A prolonged negative attitude would make you miserable and regressive whereas as a change to a positive attitude would spur you to think of possibilities.You could be taunted or discriminated against if you lost a leg, arm, or an eye, You can’t help some insensitive people doing such things, If you fret over what is said and what has been deprived of you, does it make you any happier, determined, persevering or resourceful?

The right attitude to make is not to let insults, sarcasm, rudeness, ridicule or mockery bother you.Why respond negatively to such behaviors of other people? It doesn’t pay to strike back contemptuously at them.If you do, you are showing that you are emotionally weak.Show that you are emotionally stronger, that you do not have to trade insults, that what they say or do does not bother you at all.Show the dignity that they do not have.The pain is not in what the insensitive people say about you or do to belittle you.The pain is in how you interpret and react to such acts.If you choose to regard people’s actions as sadistic and emotionally hurtful, then you would feel the pain, If you interpret every behavior in your presence as insensitive, you could end up being paranoid.If you describe people’s behavior as “sick”, you could be sick yourself or allowing yourself to be as sick as them, is not more.Very often, we negatively over-react to, or “read” too much into, what people say or do.It’s a case of seeing what we want to see, regarding an issue as big when it could really be insignificant.Even if people in reality are downright inhumane, you can choose to ignore their behavior or not view it negatively at all.That is real self mastery.Losing a part of the body is not the end of life.It might be the end of a career that you were trained in and the beginning of a career but again, it might not.If the famous Stephen Hawking can speak through a computer gadget, if a golfer can still play with a metal arm, then a trainer who loses both legs or arms can still find some other ways to teach.When you lose hope, when you despair, when you blame people all the time, when you do not even want to try and persevere, then you choose to make life meaningless for yourself.What is the value of intellect, imagination, education, knowledge, wisdom, experience, competence and talent if you adopt a negative attitude everyday?
