我现为xx大学xx专业的学生，在大学前四年的学习中，我认真学习医学基础课程与专业课程，与临床医学专业学时课时完全相同。从基础的生理生化病理药理到临床的内外妇儿，系统的学习了医学理论知识，并在课间实习和生产实习中学习和运用了临床的思维方法。相对临床，我又多学习了xx专业知识（DNA等物质提取和电泳等分析方法）和不局限于个别组织器官从宏观全面联系待看问题，整体分析的思维方法。给我研究生阶段的学习和研究奠定了基础。在学好本专业课程的同时，我也根据兴趣选修了一些其他课程，如音乐美术鉴赏，优秀传统文化与伦理道德，中西方文化与哲学。这些课程的学习开阔了我的视野，增加了我的人文素质。

学习之外，我还担任过班级宣传委员，校文学社外联部部长（年级社长），发起了书刊共享，读书进步，悼念512等活动，并为活动拉赞助。在任何岗位上我都通过自己的努力不断学习，并且努力提升自己各方面的能力。在经过老师精心的指导和自己的辛勤努力下，在过去的四年里我先后获得了学校二等奖学金两次，三等奖学金一次，并通过了英语四六级。在09年校运会上获得400米栏第六名和4*400接力第四名。由于家庭原因课余时间从事了很多兼职工作，基本解决了自己的生活费问题。在研究生阶段我将把更多的精力投入到科研和临床实践中，不断求索，向专业的前沿进发。

医生，是一个神圣的职业，需要不辞劳苦，有为人民服务的精神。湘雅，一个令我仰慕的医学殿堂，百年沉淀的辉煌，浓郁的学术氛围，浑厚的人文思想。在这样的学习环境中可以让自己不断地进步与努力，当然也可以获得很多对自己人生建设性的指导。心血管疾病是当今的头号杀手，秉着救死扶伤的人道主义思想，我依然坚定选择这一专业。我将学习和运用分子生物学的方法，从遗传标记，基因表达，免疫应答，血管生理等方面进行研究。我知道自己自己任重道远，但我一定会坚持下去，不断专学习，能够用自己所学的知识去解决实际问题，为社会尽自己的一份责任。为了使自己成为一个有利于家庭和社会的人。我对自己的研究生学习和生活有如下的规划，不断认真学习业知识，将理论与实际相结合，并在实践中不断改善自身知识体系的能力。培养锻炼自己的实验设计能力和科学分析能力，成为一名能将心血管领域中所涉及的知识融会贯通，用科学的思维方法独立思考问题并解决问题，成为医学岗位上的一位杰出的后备人才。

一、开场白。

自我介绍：班级、姓名、论文题目。（各位老师好，我是经济学2班李小伍，我论文题目是重庆市农村金融服务体系发展现状及对策分析）。

自述报告的内容：

1、自己为什么选择这个课题？

我对金融方面比较感兴趣，并且写这篇论文有助于我以后的工作，有助于我以后的发展，我们论文老师也是学金融，指导起来更加能够方便。

2、研究这个课题的意义和目的是什么？

重庆市农村金融服务近年来发展很快，但是还存在一些问题，我们需要找出这些问题，提出解决措施。

3、全文的基本框架、基本结构是如何安排的？

先从近几年我们国家农村金融体系服务建设入手，接着分析重庆农村金融服务发展现状和问题，找到影响农村金融服务发展的原因，最后提出对策和建议。

4、全文的各部分之间逻辑关系如何？

基本上表现为纵向逻辑联系和横向逻辑联系

5、在研究本课题的过程中，发现了那些不同见解？对这些不同的意见，自己是怎样逐步认识的？又是如何处理的？

对以上问题应仔细想一想，必要时要用笔记整理出来，写成发言提纲，在答辩时用。这样才能做到有备无患，临阵不慌。

二、答辩技巧

学生首先要介绍一下论文的概要，这就是所谓“自述报告”，须强调一点的是“自述”而不是“自读”。这里重要的技巧是必须注意不能照本宣读，把报告变成了“读书”。“照本宣读”是第一大忌。这一部分的内容可包括写作动机、缘由、研究方

向、选题比较、研究范围、围绕这一论题的最新研究成果、自己在论文中的新见解、新的理解或新的突破。做到概括简要，言简意赅。不能占用过多时间，一般以十分钟为限。所谓“削繁去冗留清被，画到无时是熟时”，就是说，尽量做到词约旨丰，一语中的。要突出重点，把自己的最大收获、最深体会、最精华与最富特色的部分表述出来。这里要注意一忌主题不明；二忌内容空泛，东拉西扯；三忌平平淡淡，没有重点。

在答辩时，学生要注意仪态与风度，这是进入人们感受渠道的第一信号。如果答辩者能在最初的两分种内以良好的仪态和风度体现出良好的形象，就有了一个良好的开端。有人将人的体态分解为最小单位来研究（如头、肩、胸、脊、腰等）认为凹胸显现怯懦、自卑，挺胸显示情绪高昂—但过分则为傲慢自负；肩手颈正显示正直、刚强，脊背挺拔体现严肃而充满自信。但过于如此，就会被人看作拘泥刻板保守，略为弯腰有度，稍稍欠身可表示谦虚礼貌。孙中山先生曾说过“其所具风度姿态，即使全场有肃然起敬之心，举动格式又须使听者有安静详和之气”他的这番金玉良言，对我们确实有很大的启发。

Good afternoon, all appraiser committee members.I am denglu and my supervisor is associate professor zhangjinghua.With his sincere and intellectual guidance, I have finished my paper.Now, I will present my efforts to you and welcome any correction.The title of my paper is On the Adaptation of C-E Tourism Texts Translation.I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons.China is a great country with 5000 years of history.Its magnificent culture and historical sites attract millions of foreign tourists to pay a visit each year.Especially after 2008 Olympic Games and Shang Hai World Exposition, tourism in China is booming.However, the development of translation on tourist publicity is relatively low.Linguistic, cultural and pragmatic mistakes in the tourist texts hamper the cross-cultural communication and damage the image of the destination.So tourism texts translation plays an important role in cross-cultural communication.For the above facts, I select the subject of “On the Adaptation of C-E Tourism Texts Translation” as the title of my paper.The topic is chosen hoping to draw an attention of Chinese translators to the urgent issue of tourism texts translation.It is hoped that this study can provide a frame work of reference for the tourism text translation.Next, it is an outline of my paper.I pide it into three parts.Part one analyzes the difficulties in translating tourism texts, especially puts emphases on the differences in Chinese and English tourism texts from the aspects of ways of expression and writing conventions.Part two is the theoretical foundation of the whole thesis.This chapter explains the major contents of adaptation theory.The three properties of language and the four angles of pragmatic investigation are employed to explain many translational phenomena and promote understanding of the current principles and strategies in translation practice.Part three the thesis investigates the objects of adaptation in the translation of tourism texts from three perspectives: the linguistic reality, the target audience’s mental world and the target audience’s social world.A successful translation of tourism texts, to a great extent, depends on the adaptability and creativity of the translator.OK!That is all.Thank you!Please ask questions.

时光如梭，三年的高中校园生活如同白驹过隙。临近尾声，回首过去，这三年的学习生活是我人生的一大转折，潜移默化中学习了很多。

一、思想道德素质方面

本人有良好道德修养，并有坚定的政治方向。我热爱祖国，热爱人民，坚决拥护共产党领导和社会主义制度，遵纪守法，爱护公共财产，团结同学，乐于助人。并以务实求真的精神热心参予学校的公益宣传和爱国主义活动。勇于批评与自我批评，树立了正确的人生观和价值观所以无论在什么情况下，我都以品德至上来要求自己。无论何时何地我都奉行严于律己的信条，并切实的遵行它。

二、科学文化素质方面学习方面。

能在学习、实践中不断提高自身的能力与素质，掌握与专业相关的知识和技能，做到理论联系实际。平时注意各方面知识的扩展，广泛的涉猎其他学科的知识，充分利用课余时间，从而提高了自身的思想文化素质。热爱体育运动,养成体育锻炼的习惯。积极参加艺术活动,用多种方式进行艺术表现。

三、身体、心理素质方面

在生活上，我崇尚质朴的生活，并养成良好的生活习惯和正派的作风。坚持原则，严格按政策和规定办事，注重求真务实、秉公办事的工作作风。对时间观念性十分重视，尽力提高效率。
