now ,i'd like to talk about our life ,as it said: life is box of chocalate ,you never know what you are going to get ,i always think about this sentence deeply ,noow that we don't know what will happen in the future,why don't we treasure our today's life ,you know ,there is no body else can live in this world tiwce,so what are you waiting for ?should not we undertake what is undo ,we have to grab the only one chance to have a beatiful furture.at present ,i always hear someone says:we should live in current,thereis no need to care what will happen in tomorrow.but ,now that i'm standing here ,i must tell you all ,maybe ,there may has someone can live soomthly ,but you can sure that you will be one of them?if you don't sure or you are dare to say absolutly,ok ,there is it :do not let it be,but let it be.ok,i have communicated you what inside me ,i hop you all will think about it once more or more times,that,s all ,thank you！

How the Elephant got his trunk

Once upon a time, there was a sad elephant.He was dirty and stinky, because he could not reach to wash his back.All the other animals didn’t play with him because he was smelly.Elephant sat under a tree, where nobody could see him.He started to cry.His head was hanging down, crying big tears.He sat and cried for days.One day, when his tears had dried up, he went to itch his head and he felt a bump on his back.Then he noticed his nose had stretched because it had got wet with all the crying and it was now a long trunk which had hit him on his back.He went to the river and got his trunk, put it in the water and sucked the water up.Then he sprayed his back with water.All the other animals came over to him and said “you are so clean and smell so lovely.Do you want to play with us?”

The elephant was so happy and said “yes.”

As you slowly open your eyes, look around , notice where the lightcomes into your room;listen carefully, see if there are new sounds youcan recognize;feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sensethe freshness in the air.Yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a brightday!And most importantly, it is a new beginning for your life, a

beginning where you are going to make new desicisions, take new actions,make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented level!In your mind’s eye, you can see clearly the things you want to have,the paces you intend to go, the relationships you desire to develop, and

the positions you aspire to reach.You can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day wheneverything happens as you dream.You can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment

strikes.You can feel your face is getting red, your heart is beating fast, andyour blood is rushing all over your body, to every single corner of yourbeing!

You know all this is real as long as you are confident,passionate andcommitted!And you are confident, you are passionate, you are committed!

You will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facialexpressions, using your body in new ways,approaching new people, andasking new questions.You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, andyou will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you

take.You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals ofyour life.You will never succumb to challenges of hardships.You will never waver in your pursuit of excellence.After all,you are

the best, and you deserve the best!

As your coach and friend, I can assure you the door to all the bestthings in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in yourhand.You must do your part, you must faithfully follow the plans you make

三分钟演讲稿

“海上联合-2012”中俄海上联合军事演习于2012年4月22日至27日在青岛附近黄海海域举行，中俄双方“以海上联合防御和保卫海上交通线作战”为主题，按照作战筹划、实兵演习、海上阅兵和交流研讨四个阶段组织。进行包括联合护航、联合防空、联合反潜、联合反劫持、联合搜救、联合补给和对海、对潜、对空实弹射击等内容的演练。

演习设立联合导演部，中方总导演为海军副司令员丁一平海军中将，俄方总导演为俄海军副参谋长苏哈诺夫海军少将。

军演规模：

中俄海上联合军事演习参演兵力多、持续时间长、协同要求高，具有合成性、对抗性和实战性。中俄双方共派出各型舰艇25艘、飞机22架、特战分队2个。其中，中方兵力覆盖空中、水面、水下和特种作战；俄方兵力多为俄太平洋舰队主力作战舰艇。

军演目的中俄海上联合军事演习有4个目的：一是发展两国全面战略协作伙伴关系；二是深化两军、特别是两国海军间的务实合作；三是提高两国海军遂行海上联合军事行动应对安全威胁和挑战的能力；四是增强两国海军共同维护地区海上和平与稳定的信心。

这次演习对于增进两国战略互信、提升战略协作水平、深化中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系发挥了积极作用，提升了两军关系水平，同时也增进了中俄两军官兵的传统友谊。

此次演习，中俄双方都否认了“中俄结盟”的说法，并反复强调演习不针对第三方。同时，中国海军多位将领也向外界表示，中国海军有能力、有信心维护国家主权和领土完整。

“少年强则国强”，没错，让我们在生活中用己的实际行动，用自己的汗水，谱写祖国未来的华丽乐章！

第三篇：三分钟演讲

尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们：

莫言荣获诺贝尔文学奖！这是第一位中国籍作家获得诺贝尔文学奖，这一天，中国作家等得太久了，中国人也等得太久了。我们向莫言表示祝贺！

不管承认不承认，诺贝尔文学奖因其奖金丰厚、影响力大和权威而为世人看重。诺贝尔文学奖是一个符号，具有明确的指向性价值。中国籍作家莫言获得诺贝尔文学奖，这说明了其著作的高水准，更深层次的意义在于，这是一种接纳和融合的过程，这是一种文明对话的过程。中国文学要走出国门，也必须走出国门；中国作家要走向世界，也必须走向世界。

当然，只有一个莫言还不够，中国不能只有一个莫言。同时，没有哪个作家是为了获奖而写作。在第五届鲁迅文学奖颁奖典礼上，中国作协主席铁凝说：“我以为获奖与否不是最重要的，重要的是我们有共同的身份——作家，共同珍爱文学，共同的使命担当。……写作的过程是不断反省自己的过程，也是考量自己的内心与生活、人生与时代有多大距离的过程。”获得鲁奖如此，茅奖是如此，诺奖也应如此。每个作家都应该扪心自问，自己的写作能不能对得起这个伟大而艰难的时代？

可以期待，莫言之后，还会有中国籍作家或华人作家获得诺贝尔文学奖。只要作家敢于直视内心，只要不辜负这个时代，只要创作环境不断改善，有责任的作家必然推出更多精彩的作品。

对于我们学生而言，虽然可能没有像名家一样的文学才华，但是要相信，中国人写文学有自己的根，中国文化博大精深，有许多值得挖掘值得标新的地方，学习名家精彩的文笔，更要学习他敢于质疑，理性表达的文学素养，相信，中国的未来会有更多的优秀作家涌现，中国将迎来又一个百家争鸣的时代。

第四篇：三分钟演讲

主题：不要被困难的表象所吓倒

故事：农夫与石头

有一块大石头，多年以来一直横亘在一位老农的农田当中。这块石头碰断了老农的好几把农具，老农对此无可奈何，巨石成了他种田时挥之不去的心病。

一天，在又一把犁头打坏之后，老农终于下决心要搬掉这块巨石。于是，他找来撬棍伸进巨石底下。他惊讶的发现，石头埋在地里并没有想象的那么深，那么厚。稍使劲就可以把石头撬起来。老农再用大锤将石头打碎，就这样轻轻松松的清理出了田地。事后，老农脑海里想起多年来被巨石困扰的情景，禁不住一脸苦笑。

很多事情，当我们没有认清其本质的时候，往往会被它虚假的表象所迷惑，由此做出错误的判断。其实，很多时候我们在生活、学习中所碰到的一些难关，并不像我们自己看到或者预想的那样难以逾越，只要我们能透过现象看清本质，树立信心，一定能最终克服困难，解决问题。

第五篇：三分钟演讲

起因是去年初被男友甩了，然后开始每学期拿奖学金（持续三学期了）。因为做任何事都是有一个契机的，譬如周围有人得了胆结石，我开始注重饮水质量；暗恋的人喜欢健身，你就开始每天跑步等。我现在每天白天学习任务完成后，10点到楼下自习室看书到12点有时甚至一点，不为什么应试，只是习惯了，享受那种掌握知识的感觉。做一个学霸，首先应当意识到知识的重要性，其次就是养成固定的学习时间和习惯。但是最重要的就是，祝愿你遇到那个契机

不要说什么「勤奋」、「刻苦」、「坚持」、「努力」，如果你做不到后面的第二点，那你就必须要明确你的功利心。

大学后能看到身边许多学霸每天早出晚归，几乎看不到他们在寝室里，很早就去图书馆看书、背GRE。他们的目标很明确——出国。所以各种刷GPA，各种考托福、GRE。因为这是出国的必须桥梁。他们大多数人每天背那么多单词，并不一定是真的热爱美国文化、热爱英语，每天在实验室呆那么久也并非是真的有多热爱实验——他们明白，只有这样，他们才能完成自己的出国梦，所以他们必须坚持。

你坚持不下去，是因为你没有一个固定的目标。但你有一个固定的目标驱使着，你便不得不去努力地做。

辛苦吗？当然辛苦。难吗？当然难。累吗？当然累。

如果你想当学霸，确定第一条，你一定要有一颗功利心。否则，你很容易半途而废。我不是矫情，也不是煽情，我是说真的。

单纯的功利心会迫使你上路，但如果完完全全是功利心，你很容易走不下去。

我相信许多人背GRE考托福都是为了出国。但我也同时相信，当大家都在抄实验报告的时候，而某些学霸坚持要自己写，可最后最多也就比我们高出五分时……他们的出发点，绝不仅仅是为了多出的那五分。

我曾经有幸跟那位张同学同组做过电工实验，他很细心，很认真，指导书上圈圈画画做了许多笔记。这门课大家都是混混的，最后评分几乎都是80多分，根本没什么差距——如果真是功利心的话，他应该把这份心思花在别的地方。

可他仍是很用心。

与其说他是对哪门课用心，还不如说他是对学习这件事很用心。凡事需要用到的、课程安排了的，他都会很用心。

如果不是有深刻的爱恋的话，我想不出还有别的什么原因。

我记得初中的时候有个老师跟我们讲过「兴趣是最好的老师」。如果你喜欢一件事，你才会乐于去做一件事。

所以，如果你想要成为学霸，至少，对学习有那么一点的爱。这一点爱，便足以支撑你到未来。没有爱，你会走得很辛苦。
