我很高兴和大家一起分享我们目前共同关心的话题“大学生就业与创业”，首先我想问大家一个问题，对于大学里面所学的专业是不是自己所喜欢的?学起来很起劲!能举手示意一下吗?.不是很多，全国的水平是6%。是的，我们当初开始都对所选的专业不是很了解，而且对于自身的兴趣，性格方面都不是很了解，就胡乱的选了个专业，或许当初都不是自己选的，而是妈妈说的，或他妈说的。

说真的，我对自己所学的专业也不是很喜欢，以后自己估计不从事专业对口的工作。我们学校大多数是工科的学科，学起来不是那么的容易，在没有兴趣的情况之下，学起来会感到比较的吃力，开始感到迷茫和无助。

先让我们先来看看成功人士对就业和创业的见解!

在新华都担任总裁年薪十万的打工皇帝唐骏给我们道出了在他职业发展过程中胜利的法宝，而毕业于一所师范学院的马云，对IT一窍不通，开始只知道接受邮件，浏览网页，确成为了电子商务的领军人物，成就了IT的神话。他们的就业与创业的成功我们虽然无法复制，但是我们可以从中有所感悟!

唐骏当年在学校的成绩也不是很好，中下水平，马云读的是一般的学校，至少对于我们这些学习成绩中下的学生一点希望。我可以很大声的说我们未来同样满怀梦想，不断追求虽然我们现在什么也不是。透过现象看本质，他们取得的成功是很多方面综合因素使然。

所以对于面前的弱势状况，我大可不必担心，但是我们也同样可能对自己做好职业生涯规划，对于未来的竞争。毕业先就业，再择业，如果条件成熟的话选择创业。

今天讲的主题主要是大学生就业心态，我就随便聊一下，因为当初我自己大学毕业的时候，不需要有就业心态，因为我们毕业的时候是国家分配，国家指向哪儿我们就打向哪儿。当初国家没有把我分到西藏去，把我留在了北京大学，所以有了我的今天，如果在西藏的话，我现在应该是西藏大学的某个教授，反正是国家说到哪儿我们就走向哪儿，这是当初我们的心态。但是现在即使你有这样的心态，也不一定能做得到，因为现在国家不告诉你到哪儿去，国家告诉你，你自己怎么活由你自己来，是这样一个状态。

在大学生扩招的前提之下，并没有为大学生的就业市场做好准备，扩招的目的想让中国的大学生多一点，中国整个的知识层次高上去，但是大学生毕业以后的就业市场没有准备好。

找不到工作对于一个大学生来说是非常痛苦的事情。因为他们在大学已经花了很多的学费，父母非常的辛苦，而毕业出来工作对于他们来说是人生中最重要的事情。但是由于大市场没有做好准备，这个问题就不仅仅是我们大学生的工作能力问题，也不仅仅是我们有没有工作经验的问题，实际上是一个市场没有办法一下子吞吐这么多大学生的问题。

怎么办?

我每次在电脑上打事业这两个字的时候，跳出来的总是失业两个字。失业和事业的拼音是一样的，这似乎体现了一种宿命。

能够放低自己的人，通常将来能够走得更高

我一直把工作分成三个步骤，这三个步骤叫就业、职业和事业，只有一个不能做，就是千万不能失业。我每次在电脑上打事业这两个字的时候，跳出来的总是失业两个字。失业和事业的拼音是一样的，这似乎体现了一种宿命，就是对于很多学生来说，谈事业目前离你们还太远，真正要谈的是能够不失业的问题。真能不失业就要从就业做起。

什么叫就业?我有一个定义，就是找一份工作，不管你喜欢不喜欢干，你能干上这份工作，有了一份业，就可以赚自己的钱，不至于再花父母的钱，这就叫就业。我对学生讲课的时候有一个口头禅就是，22岁以前父母给你经济资助来帮助你大学毕业，如果说这是父母的应尽之职的话，那么到了22岁以后，大学毕业了，不管你是读书上研究生，还是工作，如果再多花父母一分钱都是卑鄙的。因为我认为，人就像动物一样，到了一定的时候，必须要出去养活自己，从来没有听说哪一对老动物带着小动物过一辈子的，它一定有这样一个过程，到了那个点上必须出去，我看过这样的电视片，老鹰看到小鹰会飞的一瞬间就再也不会去理睬那只小鹰了，一定要让它飞出去。

中国的父母在到底怎样才能让孩子活得更好的养育上是不够的，有钱的父母更加不够，孩子没有工作，找不到，那就算了，继续给他钱吧!最后的结果是孩子的独立生存能力和独立奋斗能力越来越差，父母不知不觉中剥夺了孩子们什么?剥夺的是孩子们成长的权利，使孩子们越来越失去成长的可能性，可能导致一辈子不成长，一辈子没出息，一辈子窝囊。因为到22岁左右如果养成一种依赖心态，这个依赖心态一辈子几乎是摆脱不掉的。

有同学就问我，说我22岁以后读研究生确实还要点钱，但是我读研究生是为了自己更有价值，那怎么办?假如你真要上研究生，真要出国读书要花钱，有没有可能比如说向父母写一个借条，并且以同期银行利息来计算向父母的归还数据?如果这样的话，那么你就有了一种紧迫感。这个紧迫感就是说，我未来必须找到更好的工作。

我对到新东方应聘的大学生，常问他想干什么工作?一般提出来的工作都是充满了远大理想的工作，这样的工作对于一个没有工作经验的大学生来说，是不太容易被企业接受的。另外一个情况就是，开出来的工资让你感觉到难以接受。当然大学生有毕业以后就能拿到上万块钱的，也有毕业拿到两千块钱的，我从来不认为一个毕业的时候只能拿到两千块钱的人，未来一辈子永远赶不上那个拿上万块钱的人，因为有可能后续的爆发力和耐力，以及工作态度会决定未来的工资。

撇开工资不说，我再说一下就业心态，比如说有的时候我会故意考验大学生，他说我能干这个能干那个，我说你对新东方了解不了解?他说了解，这个、那个，他了解很多新东方的事情，那我说现在干这个工作呢暂时没有位置，但是新东方也有一些位置可以干，你可以留下来干，比如说有两间厕所没人打扫，你愿意不愿意暂时先打扫?如果你真看好新东方，从打扫卫生进新东方也是可以的。一般的学生当我开完这个玩笑后是不会接受的，但是实际上他要是真接受了，至少给我的一个感觉，这个人将来可能能成大事。一个能够放低自己的人，通常将来能够走得更高。心态决定了结果。

大学生一进入社会就能找到一份自己喜欢的工作，并且能够拿到一份很好的薪水做下去，这样的机会确实不多。获得机会的敲门砖，通常是选定一家单位以后，从单位的最基层工作干起，并且以自己的态度和业绩来证明自己在这个领域的发展前途，以及证明自己对这个机构的喜欢，来使自己在这个机构中能够逐步上升。

就业可以是临时工作，它和你的未来发展方向可以相关也可以不相关。职业则是你选择的这个行业，你打算干它一辈子。

原因很简单，因为绝大多数人不知道成功的秘诀就是执行力。因此，我今天的演讲主题是：大学生如何拥有正确的就业观。

许三多有这样的一段语录：你现在混日子，小心日子把你混了。人不能过得太舒服，太舒服就会出问题。连长也同样说过：日子就是问题叠着问题，要挺胸抬头去面对。信念这玩意不是说出来的，是做出来的。光荣在于平淡，艰巨在于漫长。人不是做出来的，是活出来的。那么，什么是希望?今天比昨天好，这就是希望。作为一个大学生来说，“混”可能是我们听过、讲过最多的字眼吧。可是对我们这些快毕业的大学生来说呢?务虚不务实、眼高手低、缺乏实际经验......这些看法成为应届大学毕业生就业难的主要原因。高等教育向研究型教育转型，素质教育成为一个主要内容;企业追求利益最大化，职业技能成为招聘的主要标准。因此，从学校大门到企业大门，还有一段就业的距离。这段距离靠什么来浮萍?靠的就是各位的执行力!俗话说：井没压力不出油，人没压力轻飘飘。我们每一个人，在越来越激烈的竞争中，如若感觉不到压力的存在，危机的存在，只认为“明日复明日，明日何其多”，整日混时间，那么这种人终将一事无成，必将为竞争所淘汰。要提高自身的素质，必需自我加压，超越自我，迎接挑战，要问路在何方，路就在脚下。

各位，你们在学校期间做过兼职的同学请举手......好，请这位同学起来一下......请问，你叫什么名字?***同学，在校期间都做过什么兼职?每天多少钱?固定工资还是底薪加提成?(底薪加提成)......有没有同伴比你挣的多?有没有想过她(他)为什么比你获得的薪水高?

各位，每逢周末或者节假日的时候，我们都会在大街小巷见到一群群“小蜜蜂”，这种工作就是一种日薪加提成的薪水，你们要相信做好这份工作，日薪最高可达三四百元!果真如此的!我有位学妹，她刚上大学的第一份兼职工作就是做“小蜜蜂”。当时，由于她没有兼职工作经验，她又不甘于每天只拿30元的日薪，于是，找到我，来取经。我告诉她一个字“做”!没听明白，她又问我一遍，这时，我加大声亮告诉她“放大胆子去做!就是拉!不用怕!”，一共做了三天，第一天她攒了八十块钱，回来后告诉我，我一边点头，一边说到“继续做”;第二天她挣取了二百六十元，是他们做兼职工作人员里排第二名，她兴奋来到我们寝室告诉我，我一边替她开心，一边又再次说到“好，继续做”!就这样，她拥有很强的执行力，一直做，一直做，第三天，她挣到了三百八十块钱!我们知道，做“小蜜蜂”是非常非常辛苦的一份兼职工作，在实际工作中，遇到的不仅仅是下肢及喉咙的一种煎熬!更多的是心灵上的伤疤，它可以不露声色地毁掉我们。

各位，在你做工作的时候，经验是你考虑的唯一因素吗?价钱是你考虑的唯一因素吗?待遇是你考虑的唯一因素吗?将你考虑的因素统统抛在脑后吧，考虑考虑执行力!我们在生活、工作中一定要学会马上行动，懂得实践比言语更重要!马克思曾说过：一打子纲领比一次实践更重要!

华夏大地教育网总经理高松涛认为，尽管高学历和多年工作经验都能带来很好的职业生涯，但对于每一个个体的学生来说，这样的要求还是有些苛刻。所以，学生通过一些活动和比赛来找工作也是“迫不得已”。企业这样做也很精明，他们知道这样才能找到最合适的人才。在理想状态下，任何人都会回答说，能力要大于学历。这恰恰给毕业生就业增加了难度。各位，试想一下，具有高学历，却没有工作能力的人，企业会用吗?......具有超强工作能力，却没有执行力的人，企业会用吗?......而后，又出现一种新的说法。新东方IT教育机构总经理吴雷曾经说，把这个问题放到现实当中，一些企业就对所招聘的岗位要求工作经验等条件，这实际上是企业从盈利目标异化出来的一种重经验、轻学历的“经验歧视”现象。另外，重经验、轻学历的“经验歧视”现象当然不能完全归咎于企业，求职者自身也存在着学“不”致用、工作适应能力差、综合素质不高等问题。

“经验歧视”是大学生就业难的唯一因素吗?显然，答案是否定的!有很多同学认为中国社会大学生就业发展趋势是“学历歧视”，认为只要有高学历就一定拥有一份好的工作，月薪上万的工作，待遇优厚的工作，天天躺在床上就数钱的工作。那么，试想想拥有这样工作的人是怎样的人?是不是天天吃喝玩乐的人?是不是天天憨懒贪睡的人?是不是天天怨天怨地的人?这类人成功的秘诀只有一个——执行力!

各位，比尔盖茨可称得上成功人士吧，李嘉诚可称得上成功人士吧，成龙也可称得上成功人士吧。但是，比尔盖茨大学没毕业，李嘉诚初中没毕业，成龙小学没毕业。他们的成功，难道说跟学历有关系吗?他们之所以成功，是因为他们懂得去做才会有结果!每个成功人士的背后会存在种种失败的经历，在失败后，他们并没有放弃，关键是用什么样的态度去面对困难。他们选择了继续去做!

看到现在的人才市场生意很旺，我就在思考一个问题，为什么那么多的企业招不到自己想要招的人，而人才市场那些人头攒动的人大部分还都是没有工作的，工厂招不到合适的人，该做的事没有做好，而那些没有就业的人，有的甚至连生活费都不能解决，就这种现象我来谈谈我的观点。

就这种现象我先打个比喻，我身边有个朋友有个

4间房子，以前的租金是1500元/月，别人到期没租了，那么他又帖了个招租广告，他想地皮升值啦，现在开价到1800元/月。可是来谈的人最多还只出到1500元/月，低于1800他不租，超过1500元别人不租，就这样空了个半年，前两天才1400元/月租出去。他跟我说一年亏了5000元，我笑话他，你不是亏了5000元的，你已经亏了一万多啦，如果开始就1500租出去，你这半年又多收了9000元啦。想想人的思想有时转一下，你会赚得更多。

就目前就业这种情况，特别是一些大学生，到人才市场上就把薪资待遇填到1800以上每个月，别人开低了不想去，那么你开这个价企业又不能接受。就这样高不成低不就，延误了几个月没有上班。所以说，做为一个刚出道的年轻人一定不要把目光盯住那一点死工资，而且你没有证明给企业看，别人怎么知道你值不值那么钱一个月。相信大家都听说过一个博士生的故事，在一定企业拿出过几个文凭，当初拿的是最低的，随着被别人发现他的能力，感觉他远远不止这个学历的时候，直到被老板重用以后他才拿出他的博士文凭。所以从这点就证明一个问题;是金子你永远会发光，是人才你永远不会被埋没。

所以说每个人都要调整好自己的心态，要甘心从基础做起，不要一开始就把自己定位得太高，免得到了下了台阶。一旦你的能力被老板发现了，不用你说自然老板会给你加薪，提拔你。那些天天吵着加薪的最后的结果可能都是被吵掉，因为老板发现你值不了那么钱一个月，所以没有给你加薪，你还在闹，那结果可想而知。真正有能力的人不是自己吵着加薪，而是老板自然给你加薪。

再就是谈谈一些企业老板，为了把自己的费用降到最低，利润最大化，采取降低工人工资这方面，连身边的忠臣也都离他而去，等他后悔也来不及啦，因为别人太不甘心啦。心理不平衡，办事肯定不出效率。还有就是勉强呆在你这儿，也许是身在曹营心在汉。

总结一下，做为就业人员起初不要把自己定位太高，这样反而对自己不利，对自己的将来更不利。你要的价就是老板开了这个价，老板心理都不爽，不会怎么重用你，你提升的机会也就少了很多。因为你在老板的心目中你只注重利益了。只有老板发现你是个人才，你的地位与薪资会与日俱增的。做为一个企业老板也是一样，你舍不得牛皮也就熬不出膏药，你付出与回报是成正比的。出不了高薪就请不了人才。不妨双方反思一下，换位思考。争取让每个员工为你企业甘心情愿地贡献余热，只有员工死心塌地，你的企业才有战斗力，才有凝聚力，这样你的企业才得以良性发展。
