Just at the day I Joined in XCMG, I saw the words which reads “Taking great responsibility, marching on broad road, achieving significant value”.These characters looks very nice, but at that moment, they were merely nine simple words in my mind.After a year of work here, now I find these nine words have been rooted in my heart.Taking great responsibility: that is to say, we all should be ambitious ,keep our mission supreme and make our objective clear.we should always dedicate to our career bravely and readily.Marching on broad Road : that is to say , we shoud cultivate ourselves to be a man with loyalty、credit and professional discipline.Achieving significant value: that is to say，we should try our best to pursuit a successful career, creat an outstanding achievement, realize our life purpose.Based on this motto, XCMGhas accomplished a significant rise in annual revenue from $386 million at its birth day to $66 billion in 2010 and keeps itself as a pioneer of construction machinery industry in China for 22 years.Since its establishment, XCMG never ceased its steps to contribute to the society and always showed people a thriving State.Why? Why can it be flourishing for 22 years.Having been here for a year, I could discover this mystery finally.The value of an enterprise is not decided by its achievement but by its contribution to the society.The more contribution a company dedicates to the society, the greater recognition it acquire from people.Conversely, if an enterprise always obtain without contributing, even to cause harm to the society,then the company’s existence does not make any sense.The same goes for an employee, as members of XCMG, we have been taking every piece of our energy to serve our people, dedicate our youth to our society.wekeep our selves in coincidence with this philosophy, and always show a enterprise with” strict, practical, ambitious and innovative “ spirit in front ofthe world.Recalling my first time that I entered into the company ,I saw various advanced products, professional working skills, as well as rigorous work attitude of our staff.All of these are what I have not experienced at school and in my heart the fiery feeling told me : I like here!

In practicing phase, we did not work at specific pisions.So I helped my colleagues for a lot of sporadic works which got me a more comprehensive understanding of the company.During this period, I found that knowledges received in school textbook is far from enough for doing a great job here.Fortunately I was delighted to notice that all my colleagues from Technology Center were very enthusiastic to help me with my questions, and transfered their technology expertise to me without reservation.The indifference among employees in state-owned enterprise which I heard originally did not exist at all.I felt warmness just as if I had been working with my family members.I believe we will be an excellence team with unity consistently.This reminds me of a story.In legend, Buddha shijiamoni questioned his disciple once : ” How can a drop keeps form becoming dry? “ Disciple thought hard : Only one drop of water, wind can blow it dry, a pinch of

Earth can suck it, how long could its life maintain? Disciples could not get a satisfied solution.Shijiamoni said : ”Put it into a River."

Now I am delighted to have the honour to be able to join a collective of solidarity, harmony as XCMG.We share the common goal, and everyone strives for that target.I am a young and immature employee right now , I need the helps from my superiors and colleagues.But I believe, through continuous learning and accumulation, one day I can make my own part of contributions to the development of our special construction machinery family!

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.My name is Hulei, coming from the Mechanical and Electrical Information limited company.The title of my speech is the pursuit of happiness, the same with a very famous American film acted by Will Smith.In this film, Will Smith acted as a stockbroker intern named Chris Gardner in a stock company, who had neither bachelor degree nor great family background.As an intern, he was required to work at least 6 months without any salary.What’s worse, there were other 19 competitors, because only one of them could get this job.Meanwhile, due to the poverty, his wife left him away to New York.At last, he could not even pay the rent, and had to take his son and join the queue waiting for the relieving house from church.Even so, he still kept optimistic and told his son never to give up, just like the words he usually said ‘if you have a dream, you’ll have to protect it, and then happiness will come to knock by itself’.At last, the good fortune came to knock his door, and Gardner became a real stockbroker by his effort and persistence.This film makes me understand that the chance will always favor the person who prepared well.To get a good fortune, you have to pay more perspiration and persistence for your dream up to success, regardless of poverty or difficulty.Compared to Chris Gardner, I think I was very lucky.In May 21st of this year, I joined in Jiangsu complete equipment limited company and became an editor of the journal of Mechanical and Electrical Information.At the beginning, the strangeness of new environment and the lack of editing knowledge made me feel less belongingness

in our company.During the review of manuscripts, I could not find the mistakes effectively, and sometimes even not understand the content correctly because of the lack of specialized vocabularies.In this case, the review quality could not be guaranteed, affecting the next work procedure.However, our company provided much training about editing standards and specialized knowledge, making me gradually qualified for this job.Until now, nearly 6 months have been away.As a new employee, I participated in many training subjects in our company, such as company culture, project management, project bidding and so on.Obeying the mission to seek happiness for the employee, the company built an extensive development platform and provided many training chances to us, making me truly integrated into this family.Just like the words in the film, ‘this is a little part in my life, but it names happiness’.Here, I would like to express my great gratitude to my superiors and colleagues.Generally, the stabilization and development of company will promote the inpidual progress.In reverse, the inpidual should undertake some responsibility for the company’s development, and accomplish our own work as well as possible.On the way to pursue happiness, I believe I will do much better.Thank you again.

大家好!

我叫杨晓雄，是来自材料学院的一位大四学生，个人成长经历演讲稿。还有几个月我就要离开学习生活了四年的母校了，希看今天的分享能留给大家一些值得参考的东西。

我和在坐的很多同学一样来自很普通的家庭，没甚么背景可言;学习成绩中等，最高也只拿过三等奖学金;口才也一般，从没有动过参加演讲比赛的动机，所以现在站在这里，面对大家还是非常紧张的，总之，我是个很普通的学生，不冒尖也不出彩。打个比方，就是把我扔到中午12点下课的学生里，很难再把我从中找出来。

一般来讲，普通其实不是一个褒义词，但是这次往厦门海关参加公务员招考口试，我对普通有了不同的熟悉。口试的12个人，有浙江大学的、有北科的、有厦大的，几近都是各大名校的高材生。在这样的情况下，我没有输，而且以很好的成绩顺利过关。我其实不是想要夸耀自己的成绩，我现在还没有得到厦门海关的正式录用通知，还在接受一些环节的考察。我只是想通过对本身的审阅，告知大家，不要小视自己的普通和普通的自己!

审阅本身，首先就要回顾一下我的大学生活。我的大学生活有一个特点，就是一直都贯串着勤工助学和学生工作。

还记得我们06年进学后，不久就是国庆假期，在这个假期我参加了校学生工作处组织的阿尔泰游乐园勤工助学工作。大一下学期，我开始担负阿尔泰勤工助学队队长。同时，我通过口试，被聘为学生工作处学生助理。到了大二，《学生工作简报》开始招聘成员，我成功应聘主编一职，开始了自己学生工作的另外一个阶段，这类状态一直延续到我大四找工作之前。这一系列的工作实践经历让我收获颇丰。在此，我深深感谢学校给我们创造了锻炼机会和成长空间。我也衷心肠感谢一直以来，给予我信任、支持和肯定的学工处和学院的老师们，没有你们的认可和鼓励，我不会有今天的成长。谢谢!

在这些工作中，有件事让我记忆深入。阿尔泰游乐园时的工作是属于服务性质的，工作主要内容就是给游客系安全带、讲授安全留意事项。这项工作的要求就是要细致到位。有一段时间，我们的队伍出现了一些题目，有几个同学总是在放工时忘记封闭机器的电源，看起来很小的一件事，和出门忘记关灯性质差未几，但是我们遭到了园领导的批评。园领导说，我们工作的其他环节做得都非常好，所有流程也都很规范，但就是最后一步的检查工作没做到位，这会留下安全隐患，而且让我们工作整体评价大打折扣。事后我组织大家开了一个会，我们在会上达成了一个共鸣，那就是细节非常重要，任何一个细微的环节都可能影响到终究我们是不是能到达既定的目标。实在，甚么是细节，甚么又是结果?所谓结果不就是一个个细节积累而成的吗?法国思想家伏尔泰说过，令人疲惫的不是远方的高山，而是鞋子里的那粒沙子。我想，鞋子里那粒极其微小的沙子就是我们走向目标的一个小小的细节，而这个细节恰恰决定了我们会在哪里感遭到深深的痛楚，在哪里失往前进的能力。

勤工助学岗位上脚踏实地工作的大都是些普通的学生，我以为正是 普通赋予了我们一些独有的素质我们不好高务远，不自以为是，对待各种工作，哪怕是很基础很辛劳的工作也不会心存排挤，都能够坚持完成;我们乐于合作，对他人的意见能够虚心接受，因此，我们掌控住了更多潜伏的锻炼机会;我们心中有强烈的要求进步的愿看/a>，更主要的是能够化为行动，从小事做起，终究多方面积累了经验，为将来的成功奠定了基础，这就是普通二字给予我们的上风，也是我们由普通走向不普通的途径。所以，在坐的各位，假如你一直觉得自己很普通，那末请你千万不要小视自己，你的普通极可能使你在某一天，某一个竞技场上，成为一匹刺眼的黑马!

面对就业，我有自己的思考和规划，通过对自己性情、爱好、能力和素质的综合分析，我为自己设计了三个职业发展方向：一是报考国家机关单位的公务员，二是结合自己金属专业应聘钢铁企业的管理岗位，三是结合自己的特长和实践经历应聘教育机构的策划岗位。基于这样的定位，在大四，我开始了自己的求职之路。

报考公务员是我的职业首选，因而在往年9月报名参加了2010年国家公务员考试。实在理工学生考公务员常常不具上风，由于专业特点，很多理工科同学对政治经济、人文历史了解未几也不够感爱好，缺少这些信息和知识的储备。而短板理论尽人皆知，一个木桶能装多少水，不取决于最长的那块板子，而是最短的那块。

在考试时我对此深有体会。公务员考试是考核一个人的综合知识和能力。笔试的《行政能力测验》有140道题目，包罗万象。其中的言语理解表达和常识判定就有65道。今年一道常识题难倒了无数考生，问的是武器设备，触及到了AK-

47、歼十战役机、核潜艇。还有一道题问的是新中国成立60周年获得的成绩，选项包括了我国的经济地位、进出口贸易总额、国民均匀受教育年限、人均期看寿命。我不知道在坐的各位对这些概念有多少了解，但我以为假如只是两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书的话，肯定不会做好这些题目。还有今年的《申论》，触及到海洋环境保护，我想我们作为内陆省的学生，对海洋题目关注度其实不高，答好这份《申论》试卷会很有难度。

这场考试中，我在报考同一职位的440人中排名第一。很多人向我询问获得好成绩的窍门。实在我利用相干教材进行针对性备考的时间非常短，不足一个半月。面对大量的综合性题目，终究能获得较好成绩的主要缘由有两个方面，一方面是平常广泛的浏览。大学四年里，我常常会抽时间往图书馆看各种杂志报纸，像《南方周末》、《参考消息》，像《读者》、《青年文摘》，像《电脑爱好者》、《数码世界》，像《心理健康》、《特别关注》，都是我重点会看的;我也喜欢读书，纪实文学、散文、小说都会浏览;平时上网时也经常关注新浪新闻、联合早报、路透社等网站。这些广泛的浏览让我获得到了大量的综合知识和信息。另外一个方面得益于大学四年的勤工助学和《学生工作简报》的编辑工作。勤工助学培养了我认真细致、踏实肯干的工作态度;学生助理的工作培养了我的职业素质和职业经验;《学生工作简报》则让我把握了一项系统工作的整套技能，取得了处理复杂题目的能力和方法。

我非常感谢这些经历，正是这些经历让我以优良成绩通过国家公务员考试，而且让我在应聘内蒙古乾方钢铁资源有限责任公司的营销岗位和北京华图教育团体的策划岗位时，都得以顺利通过。源于日积月累的知识、能力和素质，让我的职业道路走的更宽广;源于对自己正确的分析和定位，让我职业道路走得更顺利。

经过大学四年的成长，我终究获得了相对较好的就业出发点。作为大家的学长，我也向大家提一个建议我们每一个人都应当有自己清楚的职业生涯规划，公务员火热的现状要理性看待，认真分析自己的潜力所在，选择正确的职业道路，不要盲目跟风，迷失了自己。但是不管在甚么职业甚么岗位，想要取得更广阔的发展空间有一个大条件是不变的，那就是不断积累有用的知识和技能，提升自己的综合素质。

苏东坡的一首词中提到：博观而约取，厚积而薄发。博观是要广泛地接触和学习各类知识，厚积是要长时间有预备地积累。大学正是我们博观和厚积的重要阶段，这些积累将帮助我们扣响职业的大门。当我们将博观与厚积作为一种习惯融进到整个职业生涯后，曾的普通会变得非凡，曾的迷茫会变得通畅，我们得到的将是充实的、幸福的、潜力无穷的一生。
