Now, you should consider it seriously if you didn’t think that.In my opinion, college life includes learning, work and life.Following on from the three aspects, you will have a good development in college.About learning: As long as we still a student, we should put learning in important position.It is very important for us to learn English well.So in this subject put more effort is acceptable.Morning Reading should begin to organize, which is learning English, the best way to practice oral English.If so, I think we can pass the Band Four in the college English Text.About work: Many students want to join school departments at

the college to exercise their own.It will certainly be a little tired, a little busy, but we are full, know a lot of people, make more friends, learn a great deal of knowledge not in books.In addition, we can improve our ability of communication and learn how to get well with others, that is very important thing.About life: Without the help of parents.We should learn to adapt independent living.Meanwhile, you should pay attention to your health.In order to strengthen our body, we can do sports frequently and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.Only can we have a good health, could we work better and more inefficiently.A minute does farm work, a minute harvest!(一分耕耘,一分收获)So long as usually is unceasing(不停的)diligently and the unceasing accumulation, we can achieve success.So I believe in learning, work, find the balance between three aspects of life, go hand in hand, we will have a good development in college!

What is success? Different people have different ideas.You may say success is the realization of one's hopesand justified goals.Under such notion,however,people have different understanding of success because the hopes and goals they cherish vary from one another.There may ba so mangy kinds of success in the world that i can't enumerate them all.So maybe it's difficult to set a defination for success.But ,in my opinion,it's easy to define what is failure---there is only one failure called never try.Everyone has his dreams but not all of them dare to make it come true.Just like a huter aimed at his game but never fire or a soldier who crying out but never toward.They are afraid of failure that they might encounter.That reminds me of a game we used to play.We put the chairs in a circle.And the player must pass through th barriers made by the chairs with his eyes covered up.He would be allowed to memorize the positions of the chairs.But as soon as his eyes is covered,we will remove all the chairs.Sometimes,our life is just like such kind of game.We tried our best not to bump against the barriers.But these things turn out to be existing only in our minds.And sometimes,we made them for ourselves.We dare not to participate a competition or get cold feet to call the boy or girl we love.It turns out that the barriers we made for ourselves lead to the loss of a lot of things.Don't give up trying untill you really bump against the chairs.Even so,at least you have a place to sit on.Some people would say i tried but i failed to pass an exam or to find a job.I'am a failure.But on the contrary,i prefer to call these things setbacks instead of failures.There is no failure in a winner 's dictionary.It doesn't matter i you have a tumble , what really matters is that you lose the courage to stand up and give it another try.The process is full of tears and pains.Just look back on how we learn to walk when we are young.If we gave up easily,today we may only crawl.If Tomas Edison gave up easily in finding a proper material to make a bulb,maybe we will live in the darkness after the sunset.perhaps we need some torches to go on with our competition.I,myself,a shy person by nature who easily suffers from stage fright,had to get up my courage to take part in this speech contest like this.I could have stayed away and had an easy time of it by not coming here.But i chose to accept the challenge and to face the difficulties.Now here i am.I will try my best because i know i would broaden my horizon and make a lot of friends here.I still remember the first time i sang a song at a party ,the first time talking to a foreign friends,the first time made a speech on the platform,etc.Although at first they almost scared me to death,but when it was over,i feel it's worthing trying.There is a saying goes,'people often regret what they didn't do instead of what they have done.'

Forrest Gump often says,'life is like a box of chacolate ,you never know what you are gonna get.' I would say if the chacolate you got is not your favourite.Don't get upset but try the next.

it's my great honor to present this speech today.My name is peace and I am from class 1 of Teaching Chinese as a foreign language.My topic today is “Living at present is my Top Concern”。

We've often heard the famous words;“yesterday is history,tomorrow is mistery,but today is a gift,that's why it's called 'present' ”。indeed,rich or poor,every one is endowed with this most precious gift.only by treasuring it and living to our fullest potential at present,can we project our way forward to a bright and rewarding future.living at present requires a positive attitude to confront life;it's having the wisdom to spend our life's resources on the most productive affairs;It's directing our time and energy towards the most efficient way to achieve a promising future!By living at present, we'll have more time and energy to focus on our goals and make a diffference to whatever our current task may be.Furthermore, , it's learning from the past instead of unnecessarily carrying heavy burdens from yesterday;it's planing our future to wisely prepare for it instead of being impatient or restless.If we're drawned, or let ourselves be overcome by yesterday's memories or strong feelings , how can we be observant enough to focus on things going on around us? If we are into dreaming or unnecessary concern for tomorrow，how can we prepare well for the exciting upcoming future?

that is why living at present is my top concern.Living at present demands the courage to throw away useless encumbrances of the past , to accept what is unchangeable, to change what is chnageable, and to learn from the past which should be a lesson.,instead of an obstacle.Living at present also requires the wisdom to concentrate on the present ,preparing for the future and courageously displaying the patience to wait for tomorrow.let's lay off the mental burdens like worries from the past or concerns for the future.let's live at present!Just ensure that we are on our way to our destination.Thank you!
