[摘要]：手机的普及速度之快，应用范围之广，是现在任何一种都无法与之相比的。手机极大的改变了人们沟通和传播信息的方式。尽管手机是作为语言通信工具而产生的，但是随着科技的不断发展，它除了最初的语言通话功能外还被赋予了越来越多的附加功能。如：手机短信、手机报纸、手机广播、手机广播等。这些附加功能在给我们提供方便的同时也带来了诸多麻烦，本文就通过对手机短信、报纸、广播三方面的分析浅谈手机的影响。

手机作为一种最具普遍性、最快捷、最方便的媒体平台，手机短信、手机报纸、手机广播对我们生活都有不同程度的影响，下面我将从以上三个方面谈一谈我的我的看法。

手机短信

一、概念

手机短信——SMS（shortmessageservice），即短消息服务的一种缩略说法，也有简讯的叫法，是使用移动终端来发送或接受文本信息的技术，用户

1可以通过手机或其他终端直接发送或接收文字或数字的信息○。

二、特点

1． 快捷

手机短信最主要的传播符号是文字，但现在发展到图片、图像、声音。它融合了多种媒介的优势，可以随时随地不受时间、地域的限制，而且可以储存。随时发送，随时查看。

2． 成本低廉

随着手机用户的增多，电信部门不断调整，降低资费。短信息价格越来越便宜。到现在基本为0.1元一条。现在最常见的是各大运营商为了拥有更多的消费者，举办了各种套餐活动，每月都有免费短信提供。

3.受众多

随着手机的普及以及方便快捷、成本低廉的特点，使人们越来越愿意通过手机短信来告知别人一些内容，因此使用手机短信的人越来越多。

三、存在问题

1.手机短信不受控制

随着手机用户的增多，许多商家或个人为了自己的利益非法获取他人手机信息，给人们带来了诸多麻烦。更有甚者通过手机传播不健康信息、进行违反犯罪活动。例如在“非典”期间，在全国上下全力以赴抗击“非典”的紧要关头，一名到南安梅山务工的永春农民林某却故意转发有关“非典”的谣言短信，扰乱了正常的社会秩序，受到了应有的制裁。

2.无限复制，短信缺乏个性

手机短信作为一种轻松随意、快捷的沟通方式，即给给人们提供就表现自己的机会，也给人们带来了许多乐趣。但是短信群发和转发等功能，使得用户不断收到相同内容的信息，让收短信的人觉得对方不够用心、不够真诚，特别是节日期间这种情况更为普遍。

3.操作速度慢，容量有限相比于手指在键盘上的移动来说，手机按键显然要慢得就是手写多。就是手写也要比

电脑慢一些，而且手机短信的容量是有限。

四、影响

使大众传播作为社会主要信息源的优势受到挑战

手机短息可以随时随地发送，因此在重大事件上往往能够抢先传统媒介一步。但由于手机短信受技术的限制，每次发送的信息量有限。手机短信充当了传统媒介和网络新闻的导读窗口。在社会新闻的传播中，手机短信传播的快捷性也容易使其成为传播新闻的首选媒体。

一、概念

自2004年国内第一家彩信手机报《中国妇女报-彩信版》诞

生以来，手机报得到前所未有的发展。“它是将纸质报纸的新闻内容，通过移动

二、特点

1、传播便捷即时

传统媒介用户必须寻找特殊的时间、空间和载体才能接受新闻信息。如：报纸，读者必须购买报纸，然后抽时间阅读。与报纸相比，手机报最大的优势就是可以随身携带，读者可以随时随地浏览。

2、传播范围广泛

传统媒体如报纸受地域等各种因素的限制，使传播范围有限。而现代移动通信网络遍布全球。我国现有移动通信网络覆盖率达100%，这使手机报传播范围更加广泛。

3、传播功能全面

手机报纸包含了图片、文字、动画等，用户不仅可以去看去听，而且还还可以借助图片和动画形式更深刻的去理解新闻。跟传统报纸相比，手机报纸的娱乐性、服务性、互动性更强，而且新闻内容远远低于报纸。

4、传播满足个性化需求

传统媒体的传播单向性很强，缺乏与受众的有效互动，影响了传播效果。手机报依托手机，很好的发挥了手机的特点，实现了编者、读者之间的即时交流互动。“5.12”汶川大地震中，手机报到这一特点体现的非常明显，从灾难发生到之后的救援工作，国内各大手机报纸纷纷推出该事件的专版，许多手机报用户留言，表示要尽自己最大的力量帮助灾区人民渡过难关。更有用户将感人至深的图片、话语进行转发，这种多级传播仿佛一张无形的网，激励全国人民投入到这场与自然灾害的较量之中。○

三、存在问题

虽然手机报有很多优点，但同时也存在着一些缺点。这些缺点在一定程度 上制约了手机报的发展。

1。、内容有缺陷

手机报的来源主要依靠于传统媒体和网络，有的甚至直接将报纸内容翻版到手机报上。手机报缺乏专业的媒体从业人员，缺乏原创内容，内容同质化严重。另外手机屏幕显示的字数有限，如果让读者在手机上看完一版报纸则需要翻阅三四十页甚至五十页，这对于读者来说是十分麻烦的。

2、技术不够完善

手机报是依赖于手机技术的，而目前我国的移动通信技术还不够完善，所以当用

户在手机和互联网进行选择时，手机报处在劣势地位。另外，如果手机报在发送时出现技术或网络故障，就可能发生变字或图像走形等问题，或因差错造成事故的放生，这对手机报的杀伤力是很大的，所有的一切将前功尽弃。

3、受众有限

我国拥有手机的受众数量庞大，但订阅手机报的受众人数却不多。手机报的手中因为信息资源机会和渠道的增多而流失。

四、影响

1、对新闻实效性、真实性的要求进一步的提高

无论是网络媒体还是传统媒体，时效性能够得到保障至少要有三个环节：第一时间采集——第一时间发布——受众第一时间与媒体接触。受众可以通过手机轻而易举地以传播者的身份利用短信群发功能传播给更多人，传播速度十分惊人。如果新闻失实，流言将会很快传开，势必会影响社会的稳定。

手机广播

一、概念

手机关博目前还没有严格的定义，从广义上讲，是基于移动网络传输，并在手机上进行接听的音频广播内容。

二、特点

手机广播作为作为手机媒体的一种，将广播媒体与手机媒体的功能有机结 合，表现出与众不同的媒体特性。这主要体现在以下三方面：

1、开放性

手机收听网上广播不受传统广播覆盖范围限制，可以超越更大的地理空间。受众可以在收听的同时将信息反馈到电台直播节目。另外，网络广播的技术优势使得广播电台建立起自己的专业资源库成为可能，同时也为“手机广播”的听众对广播电视节目资源的搜索、检索提供了必要的条件，广播节目成为可查询、可检索的信息资源。同时为其它媒体共享广播信息资源，特别是音频资源创造了条件。

2、互动性

传统电台听众与节目的互动意见通常通过主持人来表达，而手机在听的同时，还可以将听众的参与方式以原声的形式保存，再通过电台播出。另外，“手机广播”也可以和广播、电视、报刊实现互动，如可以用短信或着热线电话参与节目，和主持人或者受众讨论相关话题，或者发送下载音频、图片资料给相关传统媒体。“手机广播”还可以与广播网站进行互动。

3、个性化

通过手机收听广播，受众不再是被动而是主动的随时点播自己感兴趣的东西。由于手机精巧、轻便便于随身携带，使人们随时随的可以的收听“手机广播”。相对于其它大众媒体，“手机广播”的受众接收率与信息有效利用率相对要高一些。存在问题

1、技术问题

手机广播是以手机为终端多媒体，因此手机技术方面的限制必然会影 响手机广播的发展。随着受众对信息传播要求的提高，手机媒体的硬件技术将面临更艰巨的挑战。

2、政策问题

“手机广播”必然需要广电部门和电信部门的合作，而如何合作的问题，目前还未有相关的政策。“手机广播”的发展，电信部门遇到的主要瓶颈：一是内容制作与发展方面，主要有广播电台运作；二是广播网络还牢牢地掌握在广电

手中，这使专用广播频率和广播牌照很艰难。
