一、指导思想：
以“关注学生，提高课堂教学质量”为工作标准，以培养学生的学习兴趣，不断提高学生的英语水平为已任，以全面提高五年级英语教学水平为目标。
二、创建目标
1．追求40分钟的最佳效果。
2．参加小学五年级英语能力竞赛。争取获取优异成绩。
三、主要工作
1．认真钻研教材实抓英语学科教学常规，积极开展教研活动，提高课堂教学质量。
2．落实小学五年级英语能力竞赛。争取获得优异成绩。
3．开展培优扶差工作。
四、具体措施：
1．备好课。一定要在每节课之前，把教材钻研透，找到重难点，把教案做到有计划、有目标、有实效。还注重学生的学习行为，多观察学生的学习方法及学习困惑之处，为学生
学习提供更好的学习方法。多进行课后反思，反思课堂教学时出现的问题，找出问题的关键之处。
2．上好课。在上课时，要向40分钟要质量，让课堂有实效。上好课，就要抓好课堂纪律，在教授新知的15分钟时，让学生能集中精神听取。采用多种教学方法及教学手段引起学生的学习兴趣。让学生在课堂学习时能吸取80%的知识。对于学生的习题要找到重点进行讲解及多次练习，巩固学生的知识点。
3．做好培优扶差工作。按学生学习能力的高低，把学生分为四个学习小组。每组找出两名组长，帮助成员完成老师布置的任务。利用每周二到三次的课后时间进行培优扶差工作，并做好记录。对于优生，进行加强及增加知识面的练习，例如，对于课文中出现的对话要进行背、默的练习，利用多种练习方式及课外阅读形式，扩大学生的知识面。对于差学，从最基本的单词起，利用循序渐进的方法，从两个单词到三个，四个，一步步抓好单词关。对于课文要求学生能流利地朗读出来即可。并让优生来帮助学习困难的学生进行互助练习。
4．多学习。对于自己，在各个方面加强知识容量，多钻研课内外的知识，认真完成每一次的教研活动，不懂就问，不断提高提高自己教学设计的整体水平及认真上好每一节课，不浪费时间。做好教学及自身的反思工作，多思考，多实践。在学习理论知识和不断实践中让自己成长起来。

五年级英语第二学期教学计划
本学期我将担任五年级下册的英语教学工作。根据学生的实际情况，拟定以下教学计划。
一.指导思想
全面贯彻“三个面向”战略指导思想，渗透和灌输可持续发展的战略思想。以素质教育为根本宗旨，坚持以德育为首、教学为中心的原则，紧紧围绕构建“高效课堂”这一主题，狠抓常规教学，推进课程改革，加强教育科研，全面推进素质教育，与时俱进，以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为重点，充分发挥学生的潜能，提高学生的全面素质和自学能力。
二．教材分析
本册教材的编写思路是：话题——功能——结构——任务，以话题为纲，以交际为主线，兼顾语言结构，逐步引导学生运用英语，完成有实际意义的语言任务。本册教材共6个单元加2个复习单元，每个单元分ABC三部分，AB部分要求掌握，B部分是A部分的语言扩展，C部分是选学部分。A、B部分的Let’s learn/ Let’s talk是每个单元的重点。
本册教材的特点是：1．强调语言运用。2．注重能力培养3．突出兴趣激发4．重视双向交流5．融合学科内容6．重视灵活扩展7．实现整体设计。
三．教学目标
1、能听、说、读、写69个短语和单词以及14组句子和6个谚语句子。（包括日常活动、季节、生日、电话用语、动物和野营等几个话题）。要求能在真实语境中正确运用并能读懂简短语篇。
2、能听、说、认读85个单词。
3、能听懂、会唱6首歌曲。
4、能理解6个幽默小故事。
5、能了解6项简单的语法知识。
四．教材重难点
1.重点：
（1）四会句型、单词。
（2）在任务型教学的过程中运用相关的语言知识和技能，完成某项任务。
（3）运用所学的日常交际用语进行简单的日常交流，并做到大胆开口，积极参与，发音清楚，语调正确。
2．难点：养成良好的听英语、读英语、说英语的习惯。
五．学情分析.五年的班容量大，每班学生数均在65以上。学生已学过两年多的英语，具备了一定的听、说、读、写英语的能力。通过两年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事，但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂秩序，这给教学带来不少困难。总的来说，大部分学生对于英语还是保持着比较高的热情。因此，本学期应加大后进生转化的力度，因材施教，分层教学，激发学生的学习兴趣，向课堂40分钟要效率，努力构建高效课堂。
六．教学措施
整体措施：
１、以活动为课堂教学的主要形式，设计丰富多彩的教学活动，让学生在乐中学、学中用，从而保证学生英语学习的可持续性发展。
2、通过听、说、读、写、唱、游、演、画、做等形式，进行大量的语言操练和练习。
3、培养学生拼读音标的能力，确保学生自主学习的质量。
4、设计全面、高效的课外作业，培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范、正确地书写。
后进生转化措施：
1、对后进生要求要适度，应懂得“大目标，小步走”；
2、让后进生获得成功；
3、让后进生充分发展自己的才能。
优秀生提高措施：
对尖子生加强培养，发掘其潜力，设计更多的弹性问题，让心有余力的优秀生留有扩展延伸知识的机会，积极引导学生独立思考，主动探索，寻求解决问题的途径。
要狠下工夫监督学生去完成课堂作业与课后作业，课后做到个别辅导，尽量减少差生的数量。做好与家长的沟通工作，与班主任多做交流，大家齐心协力完成五年级的教学任务。
七．教学进度
由于本学年教学时间紧张，学习内容多，因此对本学年的教学作如下安排：
教材共六个单元。每单元6课，其中6节新授课，计两周一个单元。书本知识共42课，不排除因为课文难，学生接受较慢而增加课时。教学中还穿插各种形式的小测验，丰富多彩的英语活动，还有数次作业、考试的评析，同时由于放假、学生差异、教学容量、考试等其他客观因素的影响，我将按实际需要对课时进行适当调整，力求达到最佳效果。

五年级英语第二学期教学计划
一、教材分析
经过两年多的学习，学生已有一定的英语基础，渴望通过新学期的学习获得更多的知识，以丰富自己的交际内容，提高交际能力。本册教材所涉及的话题内容更丰富，涉及的词汇和日常交际用语、句型也有所增加。教学时应注意教材前后编排的连续性，以便教学时做到有的放矢，把新旧知识结合起来。
本册教科书共四个单元，每单元既相对独立、有所侧重，又紧密联系、相互呼应，教学中根据学生的实际情况将各个单元有机结合、合理安排，使他们相互渗透、融会贯通。教学单词应该与句子、语篇结合起来，努力做到“词不离句，句不离文”。
每个单元中的句型，是每个单元的教学重点，一般都要求四会掌握。句型必须放在情景之中教学，这样做，一能激发学生的求知欲；二能帮助学生理解句型的意思，了解句型使用的场合；三能防止操练时是枯燥乏味。句型操练时教师还要注意训练的广度和密度，要让尽可能多的学生有训练的机会。提供饶有趣味的语言材料和生动活泼的活动形式有助于学生在玩中学，在学中玩，对于激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生运用语言的能力，发展学生的智力都有作用。最后一个板块是歌曲和歌谣。本册教科书共安排了四首歌曲和四首歌谣。教英语歌曲和歌谣不仅有利于激发学生的学习兴趣，培养他们的节奏感，还有利于提高其人文素养。
