宿舍环境卫生管理办法

1、目的

为使员工宿舍保持良好的环境及公共秩序，创造安全、文明、整洁、舒适的休息场所，规范员工宿舍管理，特制定本办法。

2、适用范围

适用于在公司宿舍居住的所有员工。

3、职责

1）行政部门负责员工宿舍统一管理工作，员工必须服从行政部管理。

2）行政部相关人员有权对员工宿舍进行环境卫生检查，并督促其进行整改

4、检查方式

1）行政部每周不定期对宿舍环境卫生进行检查。

2）由行政部组织督查人员进行宿舍环境卫生检查工作并给出检查结果和整改意见。

5、宿舍检查标准

1）各宿舍内应做到物品合理摆放，被褥叠放整齐，保持室内通风

2）公司员工不得擅自调换床位及房间，服从行政部的宿舍安排，如果不服从行政部宿舍安排，可自行解决住宿问题。

3）注意宿舍内安全用电，不得私接电线进行烧煮、烹饪，不准用电炉、电暖器等高功率电器

“宿舍英语”活动策划方案

一、主办单位：外语系分团委学生会

二、活动目的:

为了提高同学们学习英语的乐趣，增加英语的学习氛围，让英语成为我们外语人的日常用语，我们外语系学生会学习部、生活部以及英语俱乐部本学期策划了“宿舍英语”活动。

三、活动对象：外语系全体同学

四、活动时间：本学期第 11 周~15周五、活动要求：

有兴趣的同学于11月8、9号中午12:20-13:30到指定的地点（即E栋值班室门口）进行报名填表

六、参赛形式：

1.报名的宿舍在11月15日前将活动方案（包括执行时间、形式等）以电子版形式发邮件至214621450@qq.com或者894951262@qq.com，并制作一份纸质版手抄报（手抄报的内容要与电子版方案一致）贴于宿舍门后。

2.以英语为主题装扮宿舍，在宿舍内凡是可以贴标签的东西都要贴上英文小标签（比如门上可以贴door），要求美观整洁。

3.每个参赛宿舍要有一首英文舍歌。

4.可制作宿舍英语名言或美句的小标签，或是宿舍成员个人的英文座右铭小标签（如可贴于墙上），要求美观整洁。5.在第11至15周的时间里，无时无刻都用英文交流。英俱成员以及系干每周五4:00-5:30会随机抽查参赛宿舍所讨论的话题，在抽查期间被抽查的宿舍成员要进行对话或表演。
