考试概况

首先是考试分英语口译和笔译两种。口译和笔译证书各分三个等级，共六种资格认证考试。

2报考条件

（一）遵守国家法律、法规和翻译行业相关规定，恪守职业道德，并具备下列条件之一的人员，均可报名参加一级翻译考试：

1、通过全国统一考试取得相应语种、类别二级翻译证书；

2、按照国家统一规定评聘翻译专业职务。

（二）二、三级翻译专业资格（水平）考试不限制报名条件，凡遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，恪守职业道德，具有一定外语水平的人员，均可报名参加相应语种、级别的考试。

（三）报考二级口译同声传译考试人员，持二级交替传译合格证书，可免考《二级口译综合能力》科目，只考《口译实务（同声传译）》1个科目。

（四）根据国务院学位委员会、教育部、人力资源和社会保障部《关于翻译硕士专业学位教育与翻译专业资格（水平）证书衔接有关事项的通知》（学位〔2008〕28号）文件规定，在校翻译硕士专业学位研究生，凭学校开具的“翻译硕士专业学位研究生在读证明”（加盖学校公章），在报考二级口、笔译翻译专业资格（水平）考试时免试《笔（口）译综合能力》科目，只参加《笔（口）译实务》科目考试。[1]

3构成口译考试形式分初级口译、中级口译，高级口译，考试内容都分四个部分。初级的第一部分为英译汉，5个单句，共10分。第二部分汉译英，5个单句，共10分。第三部分英译汉，1个对话约250个词，共40分。第四部分汉译英，1个对话，约250个词，共40分。总计100分，时间为30分钟。

中级的第一部分是英译汉，1个对话约250—300个词，共20分。第二部分汉译英，1个对话约250—300词，共20分。第三部分英译汉，1篇短文300词左右，交替传译，共30分。第四部分是汉译英，1篇短文300词左右，交替传译，共30分，总计100分，时间为40分钟。

高级的第一部分是英译汉，1篇400词左右的短文，交替传译，共20分。第二部分是汉译英，1篇400字左右的短文，共20分。第三部分是英译汉，1篇600词左右的短文，同声传译，共30分。第四部分是汉译英，1篇600字左右的短文，同声传译，共30分。总计100分，时间为50分钟。

笔译考试内容都分英译汉和汉译英两种题型，各分两节。初级的第一节为单句翻译，给出10个句子，要求考生将其译成汉?英?语。第二节给出1篇250字左右的英?汉?文章，要求考生将其译成汉?英?。题量各11道题，分值各50分，总计100分，时间为3小时。

中级为各给出两篇英?汉?语文章、每篇250词左右，要求考生将其译成汉?英?语。题量各为两道，分值各100分，总计200分，时间为4小时。

高级的第一节都是必做题，给出1篇400词左右的英?汉?语文章要求考生将其译成汉?英?语，第二节为选做题，给出3篇英?汉?语文章，每篇各400词左右，要求考生选择两篇译成汉?英?语，题量各3道题，分值各150分，总计300分，时间为6小时。业内然后是篇：专家谈全国翻译专业资格考试我们中国外文局翻译资格考评中心作为全国翻译资格水平考试的具体实施和组织单位，近期邀请全国翻译专业资格（水平）考试专家委员会的部分专家谈翻译考试，向考生介绍有关翻译考试的大纲、模块设置、题型、如何备考等相关问题。

英语翻译（笔译与口译）课程总结

本学期本人担任了08级英语专业《英语翻译（笔译与口译）》这门课程的教学任务。现总结如下：

该课程于英语专业第五学期开设，是英语专业课程体系高年级阶段的主要和重要课程。该学期本课程着重讲解了商务英语翻译过程中的技巧和方法，是一门专业性与实践性很强的课程。

授课过程中本人采取讲解为辅，学生练习为主的授课方法。1-8周为理论教学周，9-18周为实训周。并采用了多媒体等现代化教学手段来提高教学质量。同时加强了对学生课外学习和课外实践活动的指导和组织，使课外学习和实践活动成为教学工作中的一个组成部分和教师工作的一部分。另外，在充分利用现有的教学设备和条件的基础上，开发新的教学资源，例如网络资源，督促学生自觉地利用网络上丰富的翻译资源进行自学和自我测试，不断提高学生的学习自觉性，是现代教育技术为现有的教学方式和手段提供重要的补充。

在讲授新的课程单元之前，分配学生预习工作，要求他们以小组的形式分工合作，通过网络以及查阅各种课外书籍的方式寻找所需资料。并以任务完成情况作为他们期末考试的依据之一，在一定程度上调动了学生的学习积极性，避免了老师上课“一言堂”的现象的发生。

理论教学周结束后，正式进入实训周。由于08级大部分毕业生外出实习，学院采取了合班教学的上课方式。针对毕业生的工作需要以及学生们的实际要求，实训课的授课内容主要与学生就业求职的工作岗位需要联系起来。本人指导了学生学习英文名片的制作，英文简历以及求职信的书写，酒店餐厅菜单的翻译等等，此外，实训周期间，广州举办了第16届亚运会，因此，在教学内容中本人结合理论教学周中有关公司介绍部分的翻译技巧，带领学生翻译了亚运相关资料，将理论与实践紧密结合起来。

一学期下来，大部分的学生能够在掌握基本翻译技巧的情况下了解商务英语翻译的特点，并且较好地运用到实践当中去。但是其中也出现了不少的问题：

（一）翻译课的课时不足。

翻译课课时不足，导致的结果是教师的讲授和学生的练习均无法达到令人满意的效果。

（二）缺乏好的翻译实训课教材。

教材对教学活动的重要性不言而喻。实训教材包括实训教学大纲、实训指导书、实训教学文字材料、实训教学软件、实训教学音像材料等。

市面上缺乏此类翻译实训课教材，因此在教授翻译实训课时我只能选择一些翻译教程作为自己的教学参考。如此一来，教学效果肯定会受到很大影响。

（三）实训室和实训基地缺乏。

实训室和实训基地对于实训教学的重要性不言而喻，商务英语翻译实训亦是如此。但现实情况却是目前外语外贸学院没有商务英语翻译实训室和实训基地。

本学期即将结束，在教学过程中本人也意识到了自己在教学中的不足，明白只有教师自己不断地学习充电，才能更好的从事翻译这门课程的教学工作。
