时光如水，岁月如歌，因为我是非师范类毕业的，所以我07学在溪口镇校代课，在代课这一年中我学到很多的东西，08学由于奉化地区对教师的招聘有所放宽，我与202_年9月考入编制。转眼间，初为人师已近两年了。
作为一名新教师，刚从
学校出来又进学校，但身份却由学生转变为教师。期间，自己感受很多。
到了松岙镇校已经将近一年，在这一年来，我积极参加学校组织的各种学习政治活动，坚定正确的信仰，不断提高思想觉悟，树立正确的人生观价值观。与同事关系和谐，并发扬团队协作精神，无私奉献，工作效率高。我以师德、师爱、师智、师能要求自己，以爱播撒，用爱耕耘，让孩子身心健康发展。我经常阅读教学和教育类的书籍，不断充实自己，提高自己。
教学上，我积极参加科组教研教改学习和听课评课活动，既学习继承传统教学的经验，又学习新教材教法的新理念。课前精心设计教案。上课时，注意开展以学生为主体的教学活动，培养和发展学生的身体素质和创新能力，师生互动，课堂气氛活跃。我还注意考虑学生的心理特点、情感取向和接受能力，营造课堂活跃气氛，注意跟学生的情感交流。在具体操作中，大胆放手，主动放权，鼓励他们动口动手动脑，重视培养主动获取知识的能力。
在学校领导和同事的帮助指导下，我的教学水平提高较快，我的课受到学生和听课老师、家长的好评。教学效果也比较显著。在体育教学上我坚持以健康第一的指导思想，发展学生各方面的能力，并不单单让学生在教师教的情况下接触新事物，以发展学生的自主性为主。
08学年的第二学期，我担任了四（1）班的班主任，并担任他们班语文的教学工作，在教语文的这两个月来，使我的语文水平有了很大的进步。班主任工作琐碎但繁重，在这期间我经常下班指导学生出墙报、督促做两操等。我时刻注意对学生进行思想教育，培养他们良好的情感和健全心理。班上很多学生觉得我知心，很多心事都告诉我。我经常用家校通或者电话与家长联系，了解学生情况或向家长汇报学生近况，坚持正面教育和激励引导。
在体训这一块，我主要是担任女排的教练，训练虽然很苦，但是苦中带着甜，每天早起训练，下午最迟回到寝室，一天下来虽然有点累，但是我却乐此不彼，因为我喜欢孩子，喜欢排球。
一年时间说长不长，说短也不短，有时我会去想：自己对学生真的用心了吗？我想在这一年中我对学生的了解真的还不是很多，在今后的教育工作中，严格要求自己，认真对待每一个孩子，认真去分析教材、写教案，认真完成教学工作和训练，努力工作。
一年的工作与学习，我自感收获颇丰。很感谢教师进修学校安排我们那么多次的学习机会，听了很多优秀教师的讲座和他们的优质课，在他们的课中我深深体会到做一名体育教师很难，做一名优秀的体育教师更难。如果说有一点成绩的话，首先要谢谢领导和同事的帮助和支持，我的成长途中写满了他们悉心关怀和鼓励的印记。我初涉教坛，工作中还存在很多不足，有待我努力改进。如：我的教学设计能力还有待提高。其次，在处理教学中有些事情有时还过于急躁，还需要有更多的耐心和处理的技巧。我相信在今后的工作和学习中，经过磨练，我会改善自己的不足，越做越好，努力把自己培养成一个深受学生欢迎的优秀教师。
