时光如水,岁月如歌,因为我是非师范类毕业的,所以我07学在溪口镇校代课,在代课这一年中我学到很多的东西,08学由于奉化地区对教师的招聘有所放宽,我与202_年9月考入编制。转眼间,初为人师已近两年了。

作为一名新教师,刚从

学校出来又进学校,但身份却由学生转变为教师。期间,自己感受很多。

到了松岙镇校已经将近一年,在这一年来,我积极参加学校组织的各种学习政治活动,坚定正确的信仰,不断提高思想觉悟,树立正确的人生观价值观。与同事关系和谐,并发扬团队协作精神,无私奉献,工作效率高。我以师德、师爱、师智、师能要求自己,以爱播撒,用爱耕耘,让孩子身心健康发展。我经常阅读教学和教育类的书籍,不断充实自己,提高自己。

教学上,我积极参加科组教研教改学习和听课评课活动,既学习继承传统教学的经验,又学习新教材教法的新理念。课前精心设计教案。上课时,注意开展以学生为主体的教学活动,培养和发展学生的身体素质和创新能力,师生互动,课堂气氛活跃。我还注意考虑学生的心理特点、情感取向和接受能力,营造课堂活跃气氛,注意跟学生的情感交流。在具体操作中,大胆放手,主动放权,鼓励他们动口动手动脑,重视培养主动获取知识的能力。

在学校领导和同事的帮助指导下,我的教学水平提高较快,我的课受到学生和听课老师、家长的好评。教学效果也比较显著。在体育教学上我坚持以健康第一的指导思想,发展学生各方面的能力,并不单单让学生在教师教的情况下接触新事物,以发展学生的自主性为主。

08学年的第二学期,我担任了四(1)班的班主任,并担任他们班语文的教学工作,在教语文的这两个月来,使我的语文水平有了很大的进步。班主任工作琐碎但繁重,在这期间我经常下班指导学生出墙报、督促做两操等。我时刻注意对学生进行思想教育,培养他们良好的情感和健全心理。班上很多学生觉得我知心,很多心事都告诉我。我经常用家校通或者电话与家长联系,了解学生情况或向家长汇报学生近况,坚持正面教育和激励引导。

在体训这一块,我主要是担任女排的教练,训练虽然很苦,但是苦中带着甜,每天早起训练,下午最迟回到寝室,一天下来虽然有点累,但是我却乐此不彼,因为我喜欢孩子,喜欢排球。

一年时间说长不长,说短也不短,有时我会去想:自己对学生真的用心了吗?我想在这一年中我对学生的了解真的还不是很多,在今后的教育工作中,严格要求自己,认真对待每一个孩子,认真去分析教材、写教案,认真完成教学工作和训练,努力工作。

一年的工作与学习,我自感收获颇丰。很感谢教师进修学校安排我们那么多次的学习机会,听了很多优秀教师的讲座和他们的优质课,在他们的课中我深深体会到做一名体育教师很难,做一名优秀的体育教师更难。如果说有一点成绩的话,首先要谢谢领导和同事的帮助和支持,我的成长途中写满了他们悉心关怀和鼓励的印记。我初涉教坛,工作中还存在很多不足,有待我努力改进。如:我的教学设计能力还有待提高。其次,在处理教学中有些事情有时还过于急躁,还需要有更多的耐心和处理的技巧。我相信在今后的工作和学习中,经过磨练,我会改善自己的不足,越做越好,努力把自己培养成一个深受学生欢迎的优秀教师。
