一、关于口译的“听”

听英文：

（1）要具备扎实的语音知识和发音能力，只有这样才能使音和意挂钩起来，不然的话，一定会张冠李戴。比如，Tibet 听成tobacco, president Lincoln 听成 president Clinton.（2）学会抓住一句话或者一个语段的中心意思，而不要抓住每一个词的个别意思，要善于将前后的意群联系起来理解。例如： Natural changes in the climate are probably to blame for the unusual weather conditions in many parts of the world.（3）要学会从第一句来预测整段的思路和意向，因为文章的首句通常是topic sentence.其后的几句大多是从原因，结果，条件，时间，空间等方进行说明或阐述的。

例：I should also like to take this opportunity to thank the countless volunteers from so many nations, who rushed to Japan to help with the relief and reconstruction efforts after the earthquake in 1995.#建议大家平时在联系听力的时候，多听一些英文长句子，长度可以逐渐加长。#

听中文：

强制记忆，尤其是短时记忆一些不熟悉的，没有规律的文字。

二、关于口译的“记” 两个原则：

1.大脑记忆为主，笔记为辅。2.数字，时间，人名，地名一定要记下来。例1

三、口译的基本方法

一、顺译法

顾名思义，这种方法是指按所听到的原句的顺序，把整个句子分割成若干个意义单位或信息单位逐一译出，再用增补，删减等手段把这些单位自然衔接，形成完整的意思。顺译法能够减轻记忆负担，便于及时处理信息，因而是口译者及考生的首选良策。

例1 It is indeed a pleasure [1]/to stand before the Assembly [2]/ and extend to you, Sir, [3]/in the name of my country,[4]/my most sincere congratulations[5]/ on your election [6]/as president of the present session of the General Assembly [7]./ 参考译文： 的确非常愉快[1]，能够站在大会前面[2]，向阁下先生转达[3]，以我国家的名义转达[4]，我最真诚的祝贺[5]，祝贺您当选本届联合国大会的主席[6]。

例2 “十五”期间[1]/，上海将形成[2]/一批支柱和优势企业[3]/，形成一批拳头产品[4]/形成一个创新开发机制[5]/，形成一支优秀企业家队伍[6]。参考译文：

During the period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan [1], Shanghai will set up[2] a number of backbone and flagship enterprises[3], develop a series of knockout products[4], create a mechanism for innovation and development[5], and bring us a troop of outstanding entrepreneurs[6].二 重组法：

如果两种语言的表达模式不一致，运用顺译法便会显得牵强别扭，这时则宜采用重组法。具体说来，就是抓住原语中的信息点，根据目标语的思维方式和表达习惯重新组织和安排信息，译出原语真正要体现的内容和情感。例1 Nothing inspired us more [1] as we watched the breathtaking performance of the gymnasts [2]/ than the final jump of Kelly [3]/ that put the American girls on the champion’s stand [4].参考译文：

一 礼仪性讲话（欢迎词，感谢词，祝酒词）

（1）．欢迎词典型句型：

1.我很荣幸地代表某某向来自某某地方的某某表示热烈的欢迎。

（1）英译汉，一般都是国外的城市或者景点；难点在有些景点名没听过，容易卡壳。

例：Many of its world-renowned attractions are specific, such as the Great Barrier Reef, Ayer‟s Rock, Kakadu National Park and Sydney Opera House.澳大利亚有许多举世闻名，景观独特的旅游胜地，如大堡礁，阿叶尔斯石柱山，咔喀杜国家公园和悉尼歌剧院。

四 环境保护 例10

第三篇：高级口译听力制胜法宝

高级口译第一阶段考试中的听力测试分为4部分：spot dictation, listening comprehension, note-taking & gap-filling, listening & translation.这四部分各有特点，但要想各个击破，全面开花，笔记始终是关键。

1． spot dictation

在这个部分，考生将听到一篇350词左右的短文，文章题材广泛，涉及科技，文化，经济，外交等方面。录音播放一遍，语速为150词/分钟，文章中留出20处空格要求考生填写，填写部分的词或短语长度以6个为限，一般以4词为多。录音播放完毕后有4分钟左右时间整理答案。这部分考题其实没太多技术含量，拼的就是速度和准确性，要快，准，狠的捕捉到答案，得依靠短时记忆和笔录能力，而巧妙精确的笔记在听写过程中省时省力，答案整理过程中能激活一遍录音留下的记忆，让考生迅速正确的判断和补充残缺不全的词和短语。

1）建立一套方便实用的缩略语体系。例如：↗(improve), ＞(more/more than), ＜(less/less than),=(equal to), 2（to）, C(see), eg(for example), info(information), prof(professor), Am(America/American), std(stand/standard), W(world/women), uni(university), edu(education/educational)等等。缩写符号一定要固定，慢慢建立条件反射，耳朵一听到某个词，手就自动给出特定缩写，整理答案时则能见形知意，毋庸推敲。

2）气定神闲，利用录音朗读非填空内容的时间从容书写。听录音时没有必要speaker念到哪里眼睛就追到哪里，而应迅速记录眼前空格

里的字词，同时用余光留意下一个空前面的两个字（定位词），当念到该词时直接跳至下一空格准备记录其中内容: 不浪费一秒钟，不放过一个空。

2． listening comprehension

listening comprehension的题型主要是考生在CET4/6中就见惯的talks & conversations，难度较低，形式老套，大有希望拿到高分，但有相当多考生因一时大意而错失得分良机，究其原因往往是听录音时走神遗漏细节，或者内容太多，以至于听时了然回头茫然。这个时候笔记的作用又突现出来：简单几笔，帮助考生集中注意力，同时为回忆问题对应内容提供可靠依据。

3． note-taking & gap-filling

本部分录音为长度700词左右，语速约170词/分钟的文章，只放一遍，要求考生边听边记录重点。之后考生会得到所听内容的summary，长度200词左右，其中有20处空白要求填写，每空一词。这是绝大多数人感到最头疼的一个部分，得分超过10分（满分20分）的人极少，撇开听力理解能力本身的问题，主要原因是笔记质量差，不懂得该记什么怎么记。1）笔记要有选择性。既然最后要补充的是summary而非原文，那么需要记录的肯定是表达文章主旨及基本内容的词，细节性的东西完全可以一听而过。

例如：Business people in Japan and some Latin American countries like to stand close together as they talk.These people partially judge how close they are to agreement in their negotiations by how physically close they’re standing or sitting next to each other.Now Americans, on the other hand, do not want other people invading their personally space.This is especially important to American men.If an American businessman were negotiating with a Japanese man and the Japanese man began to move toward the American, the American would most likely begin to back away.This could result in both men becoming suspicious of each other and it could result in poor communications between them.（2004年9月N&G）

全篇文章主题是不同文化背景的人在商业活动中行为方式的差异。横线部分的细枝末节不可能进入仅200字的summary，那么根本无须做笔记。

2）笔记的书写方式有两个特性：

A.简略性。做spot dictation中采用的各种缩略手法又可以派上用场

了。

B.条理性。笔记最好能体现文章主题思想的发展，这样在补充summary时才能让笔记里的词对号入座。仍然以上面的一段文字为例，笔记可以为：Jp & Lt Am cls /cls agmt nego= phy cls / Am × invd pers spc esp.M.其中 “=” 表示定义，“×” 表示否定。

4． Listening Translation

听译内容分为单句和段落两部分。单句长度30词左右，段落为100词左右，语速约150词/分钟。单句间隔50秒，段落间隔200秒供学生翻译书写。做听译笔记的原则是：记内容而非语言。听译内容都只放一遍，短短的时间，要理解原文，还要将其译成目的语，根本没有余地供考生字斟句酌。换言之，碰上太烦琐的内容，不必强求十分精准，以抓住主要信息为首要任务。句子听译和段落听译的笔记要区别对待。句子转瞬即逝，没有上下文做参考，越想把笔记记得详细恐怕越影响理解，损失的信息也越多。所以，句子听译部分的笔记应主要记下数据，人名，地名，时间，列举项目，句子里其他内容就留给大脑记忆吧。段落听译的笔记则应记得比较详细，但也应该根据内容性质挑选侧重点，仓促间可省略掉非要素性的部分。

例如：Police said that about five hundred homes were washed away by floods after a typhoon struck the west coast of the island yesterday bringing driving rains and winds of up to eighty miles per hour.The typhoon flooded wide areas of the island and crippled communications and power supplies.All domestic flights were cancelled yesterday and the

international airport was closed for about five hours.Government radio reported that two passenger ferries had been sunk but gave no details of casualties.It will be some time before we hear the final casualty figures.其实这种关于灾难的新闻报道性质的内容，重要信息应该是：time, location, damage, casualty, influence.笔记可记为：500 home floo← 台 W isl yest→ rai&win 80m/h ∥ flood wide / × commu & pow∥dome 飞 × int airp 关 5h ∥ 2 ferr sunk ×dtl casu∥tm → final casu 而原文里什么“police said” “government radio reported that…”都没必要去记。听力部分笔记的记法说起来挺简单，但必须以良好的听力理解能力为基础，并需多多练习方可熟能生巧。做笔记的意识和能力一旦加强，不但听力考试受益非浅，口译考试胜算也高了很多

尽管每个人的对记录符号的使用可能是多样的，同一事物不同的人可能会使用不同的符号，同一符号在不同的人意识中肯能代表不同的意思，但是通行的原则还是存在的，活用这些原则，那会让你在口译的过程中如虎添翼„„

在听力活动中，笔记是一个辅助我们记忆的非常有效的工具。

对于专业的口译译员来说，口译笔记的作用是帮助他们还原刚刚听到的内容。而对于同学们来说其最大的作用则是在我们做题的时候帮助我们记录并最终理清语言材料之间的逻辑关系，还原具体信息细节。

在听力练习当中，题目经常是在一大段语言材料播放完毕之后才出现，由于人记忆能力的局限这个时候很多本来已经听懂的内容已经无法被我们回忆起来，造成了信息模糊、信息丢失，以至于无法完成题目。而笔记可以有效地弥补人短时记忆的缺陷，掌握一点英语口译者们常用的笔记法，你会发现这些“专业人士”所谓的“高端技能”，对于普通的学习者来说同样有很大意义，可以帮助我们在一般的听力考试中游刃有余。

英语笔记法的适用前提——听力过关（五大支柱），听懂是做笔记的前提条件，如果听都没有听懂，又怎么可能去记？再好地记录能力都不可能创造信息本身。

1、不要大量记录文字（汉字、单词）——而要使用符号来表示意思（缩写、图形）

2、不要横着写：

——而要竖着写，竖起来记有利于保持活意思意思以及数量等信息之间的逻辑界限。

3、逻辑关系要清楚明了 ——不要记流水帐。

以上是一些通行的的原则。通行的原则存在，通行的方式却不存在，这是因为每个人的对记录符号的使用可能是多样的，同一事物不同的人可能会使用不同的符号，同一符号在不同的人意识中肯能代表不同的意思。

一、速记与口译笔记的关系

口译笔记(Note-taking)有别于会议记录，也不是速记。口译笔记是辅助记忆的手段，是在听讲过程中用简单文字或符号记下讲话内容中能刺激记忆的关键词。国内一些从事口译教学的专家认为：虽然口译笔记也会用到一些符号(包括一些速记符号)，但是速记与口译笔译无关，而且将口译笔记训练混同成速记训练会让译员养成极坏的习惯，以后想改回来就不容易了。因为速记的过程是将语音整理成相关文字信息，而口译任务完成后，口译笔记就基本没有用处了，口译笔记只是帮助瞬时记忆。就像在联合国里，速记/速录师与口译译员是各司其职，很难出现在同一场合下译员同时承担速记/速录员工作的情况。尽管如此，但是不能就此认为口译笔记可以随意记录或者没有章法可循。

二、口译笔记的学习

上海速记注意到口译笔记的特点具有即时的、简短的、框架的、鲜明的个人特色，因此在笔记快写法培训中将口译笔记作为其中的一个模块，由老师们讲解为什么记笔记（提示难点，突出逻辑），记什么（时态关联词数字等），怎么记（尽量用目标语言加符号）等基本问题，并且启发性地提供大量口译中可能惯用的一些符号、略语、略符（包括一些速记符号），供学员参考和发展适合自己特点的笔记体系。如“!”表示“but”，“□”表示“a country”，“√”表示“agree”，“⊙”表示“point of view, opinion”等。本技能的训练将帮助学员建立一套自己风格的可行的笔记符号，方便在实践中不断改进笔记，优化笔记系统，提高翻译质量。

三、做口译笔记时的注意事项

1.口译笔记应记要点，切忌求记“全”。口译笔记是记忆的延伸或补充，不应也不必取代记忆。口译笔记的主要内容是概念、命题、名称、数字、组织机构和逻辑关系（如大小、先后、正反、上下、升降、因果关系等），笔记单位以表达意群的词语和符号为主。

2.口译笔记求快求精，但不可潦草。

3.口译笔记可使用来源语，也可使用目标语，也可以双语兼用。只要有利于口译的准确性和流利性，不必拘泥于某种文字或符号。例如，“联合国大会”可笔录为“UN”或“联大”。

4.口译笔记使用大量常见略语，例如：cf(compare), Co(company), eg(for example), etc(and so on), esp(especially), ie(that is), max(maximum), min(minimum), ref(reference), std(standard), usu(usually)等。

口译成功与否在很大程度上取决于译员在口译表达前对感知的信息进行记录的能力。记录分为“脑记”和“笔记”两种。

人脑的记忆由短时记忆和长时记忆两部分组成。顾名思义，短时记忆是一种操作性的暂时记忆，长时记忆属于一种储存性的永久记忆。影响一个人短时记忆的因素很多，其中最主要的因素是记忆内容的意义性。即便是当感知的信息有意义时，人的短时记忆只可容纳由二十多个单词组成的句子，或者一组十位数的数字。因此，对于口译工作者来说，完全依赖人脑的记忆能力是危险的，记笔记便显得十分重要。
