• 尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的同学们，大家好：

在祖国大地的温床上，我们如可爱的幼苗茁壮成长；在这阳光明媚的日子•

里，我们共同沐浴在温暖的阳光里幸福歌唱；在这暖春四月，在这里，我们举行“建设幸福家园”演讲比赛，让我们在温暖的故事里感受伟大祖**亲的温情，共同感受幸福中国的无限温馨，让我们共同唱响祖国的明天，讴歌美好的时代！

本次活动中，我们有幸邀请到镇党委领导同志、同志莅临指导，请大家欢迎。

为公平公正公开办好这次演讲比赛，使本次比赛上水平、出效果、聚活力，我们邀请了我校以及在演讲上颇有造诣的人员担任评委。他们是我校教导主任林家祥老师、我校总务主任史志龙老师、语文组资深教师蔡继品老师、英语教研组长黄光剑老师、我校初三骨干教师牛泽洲老师。

让我们以热烈的掌声欢迎各位领导及评委们的到来！同时我们也要欢迎来自七年级、八年级的同学们。

在比赛之前，就本次比赛的规则在这里向大家说明一下：

1、选手参赛必须使用普通话，要求站立式脱稿演讲。

2、本次比赛中，演讲评判采用100分制。要求正确的思想内容和完美的表达形式相统一。

（1）仪表形象：（15分）

a、着装整洁，大方得体；上下场致意，答谢。（5分）

b、仪态端庄大方，举止自然、得体，体现朝气蓬勃的精神风貌；动作适度。（10分）

（2）演讲内容：（50分）

a、主题鲜明、深刻，观点正确，见解独到，符合主题内容。（25分）b、内容充实、新颖，事例动人，贴近生活，富有鲜明的时代感。（15分）c、行文流畅，用词精练，结构完整合理、层次分明，详略得当。（10分）（3）语言艺术：（35分）

a、要求脱稿演讲，因不熟练，每停顿一次减0.1分。（5分）b、发音标准，声音洪亮，口齿清晰，语速适当，表达流畅。（10分）c、节奏处理得当，演讲技巧运用自如。（10分）

d、表现力、应变能力强，能活跃气氛，引起高潮。（10分）

3、按比赛次序,第三位选手演讲完毕后,评委对前三位选手进行综合评分,从第四位选手起逐个当场亮分。

4、计分方式采取去掉一个最高分，去掉一个最低分，取其余的平均分为选手最后得分。

5、每位选手比赛时间限定在5分钟之内。

6、各参赛选手和前来观摩的同学们必须自始至终参加听取其他选手的演讲；遵守会场纪律，不起哄，不乱走，尊重选手、遵守会场纪律，恰当的时候给每一位选手给予掌声鼓励。
