第五篇：出国培训
2012年开封大学教师出国短期培训选派方案
为深入贯彻开封大学“开放办学”战略，围绕专业建设发展需求，加强师资队伍建设，优化教师知识结构，充分利用国外优质教育教学资源，进一步提高双语教师的教育教学水平，我校将于2012年暑假（8月份）选派教师到国外进行培训学习，具体安排如下。
一、选派基本条件（同时具备以下条件）
1．遵守国家法律、法规和学校的规章制度，具有良好的职业道德和履行岗位职责的能力；
2．现在岗从事教学工作并在我校教龄不少于5年的正式教师；
3．完成学校规定的教学工作量，近5年教学评估良好以上；
4．本科以上学历，身体健康的45岁以下中青年教师（1967年1月1日以后出生）；
5．具有较强的外语听、说、读、写能力；
6．未参加过出国培训者。
二、培训时间和地点
培训时间：2012年8月，3周左右，培训地点：新西兰纳尔逊理工学院。
三、选派名额和程序
1.2012选派名额为3名。
2.各院（部）根据本单位师资队伍建设计划，由个人填写《开封大学教师出国培训申请表》，院（部）初审并择优推荐符合条件的2～3名人选参加全校选派考核。
四、考核选派方式
1．学校将组织符合选派基本条件者参加笔试（占60分）和面试（占40分）。
2．学校根据笔试和面试成绩，综合考虑师资队伍建设和专业发展需要，最终确定选派人员；
五、经费资助
出国培训住宿及生活费用由学校和个人按各50%共同承担。
六、派出和管理
1．培训人员在出国培训期间的工资、福利等待遇按《开封大学教师培训、进修管理规定》执行。
2．出国培训人员派出前须与学校签订《开封大学教师出国培训协议书》，明确义务和责任；
3．派出人员培训结束后应及时回国并向学校提交书面总结，向所在院（部）做出国培训汇报。
4．派出人员如违约，应承担相应责任，并按协议书偿还在出国培训期间学校支付的所有费用。
