第二篇：民航服务理念
民 航 服 务 理 念
我们了解到，为提升航空公司的服务质量，中国民航总局于6月底公布7月1日开始实行的《航班延误经济补偿指导意见》，要求各个航空公司因自身造成的航班延误对乘客进行补偿。民航总局出台关于航班延误补偿的指导意见，这个意见是个很积极的意见，它的宗旨我们理解是它不是为了怎么补偿，或者说为了补偿而补偿的问题，我们理解民航总局出台这样一个措施，它的根本目的是在于指导航空公司提高服务质量，减少航班的延误，为旅客提供更加方便、快捷的服务，这是它最主要的指导思想。作为航空公司首先应该全面理解这个指导意见，为了这样一个宗旨，我们觉得航空公司首要的是如何把航班延误降低到最低的限度，同时如何把航班延误的时间缩到最短的限度，这是一个最根本的问题。
做为民航服务必须做到“安全、服务、准时、愉快”把握服务的瞬间；眼到、嘴到、心到。培养服务人员的责任感和自信心。民航运输业的高质量服务是区别于其他运输方式的一个重要方面，但这种高质量的服务不应仅仅局限于空中，而应从空中延伸到地面，使旅客在旅行全过程中都能享受到优质的服务。地勤服务应该包括、航空公司及其代理企业，为旅客、货主提供的各种服务，以及空管、航油公司、飞机维修企业等向航空公司提供的服务。众所周知，科学发展观的第一要义是“以人为本”。而“以客为尊，倾心服务”这是中国东航的服务理念，正是东航充分结合科学发展观理论而提出的。它既是民航企业优质服务“人本”思想这一核心价值的充分体现，又是科学发展观在民航服务工作领域的积极探索和现实运用，具有积极而深远的意义和影响。
东航，有一个潜在品牌文化，那就是“东方”二字的文化内涵，魅力与价值。其中东方尊崇的文化思想。首先，理性精神。其次，自由精神。再次，求实精神。最后，应变精神。创新才能求得主动与发展，服务理念的创新应当适应经济生活发展的需要，跟得上旅客人群结构层次和服务要求的变化步伐。

一、本课程的教学目的和要求

《民航服务心理学》教学大纲
一、课程地位
《民航服务心理学》是民航服务与管理专业的一门基础课程，为高等院校航空学必修课和其他专业选修课。
二、教学目的与要求
本课程的目的和任务是从民航服务心理现象的主体出发，即旅客、货主和民航服务人员三个对象，涵盖个体、群体和组织，围绕民航服务中的旅客心理，民航服务中的货主心理，民航服务人员心理，民航服务中的特殊心理问题，使学生能了解当今航空服务对象基本心理规律，服务对象基本心理过程的基本理论、培养学生自身的心理素质，掌握处理人际关系的技巧，从而成为一名合格的民航服务专业人才。
三、教学环节学时分配
1．学以课堂讲授为主，指导学生当堂写作并启发学生提问，教师答疑或随堂展开讨论，课后留下作业并于次周由教师进行批改与点评，以便于掌握学生写作手法的偏差并予以及时更正，或纠正学生不正确的复调思维方式。提倡任课教师对教材内容作必要的增删，并阐述自己的独立见解，探索新的教学方法。
2．本课程内容共5章21节，总计34个课时，其中民航服务中货主心理、民航服务人员心理为重点与难点，民航中特殊的心理学问题也是重中之重。这三部分的内容将用28个课时来进行教学。
