（一）为纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年，首部全景展现中国人民抗日战争作为世界反法西斯战争东方主战场历史地位及其贡献的大型纪录片《东方主战场》，今起将在中央电视台综合频道、科教频道等陆续播出。值得一提的是，该片将聚焦作为抗日战争最后一役的高邮战役。

由中央电视台、军事科学院政治部等联合摄制的大型纪录片《东方主战场》，是一部首次将中国抗日战争定位在世界格局中回顾那段历史的纪录片。全片共8集，分别是《东方危急》《共赴国难》《浴血坚持》《艰苦卓绝》《同盟抗敌》《民族血脉》《大地坚韧》《正义必胜》，以世界反法西斯战争及中国抗战各阶段与东方主战场主题有关的重大史实为依据，真实再现历史。

1945年8月15日，日本宣布无条件投降。1945年底，在苏皖边区政府南面还有一座县城没有解放，仍然被日伪军占据着，这就是高邮城。当年12月底，华中野战军司令员粟裕亲自部署指挥，发动了一次重大战役——高邮战役，用了一周时间成功收复高邮城。这场战役是中国抗日战争中对日寇的最后一战，高邮也是我军从日寇手中解放的最后一座县城。

今年5月，《东方主战场》摄制组特地来到高邮，专题拍摄了“抗战最后一役”相关内容，镜头聚焦了在侵华日军投降处旧址建成的，以照片、实物、油画、场景、微电影等形式展示高邮战役全过程的“抗日战争最后一役纪念馆”,并现场采访了当年参加受降仪式的亲历者——今年87岁的陈秀岚女士（时年16岁的陈秀岚是新四军一名文艺兵），她向我国和世界人民介绍了中国人民八年浴血抗战的历程。

（二）回望《东方主战场》最后一集，尽管其影像系统之“形”略显得有些散，其“神”却相当的聚焦，整个影像文本明确地指向一个意涵，那就是——正义的力量，必将战胜邪恶；文明的力量，终将战胜野蛮。纵观整个系列片，与这集赞美正义的力量主题相关，还能解读到更深层次的一些内涵，那就是一种对于历史的态度的变化：表现为由原本过多沉浸于屈辱苦难的哀怨倾诉，转向于对英雄正义的赞叹歌颂。

这种变化的出现，与现实的语境有关，与一个国家民族的自信心有关。解读历史，有多种方法，也会得到多重的结果。与影视界长期以来常见的消费主义姿态不同，系列片《东方主战场》的价值取向明晰理性得多。

以史为鉴，是对于历史最好的一种纪念和尊重。面对如此灾难深重这场民族浩劫，我们理应把它衍化为一笔财富和一股精神力量。对于“天下兴亡、匹夫有责的爱国情怀，视死如归、宁死不屈的民族气节，不畏强暴、血战到底的英雄气概，百折不挠、坚忍不拔的必胜信念”抗战精神的提取和内化，是整个中华民族积极必要的一项工程，遗憾的是，长期以来缺少认真严肃的对待。甚至在影视作品中，对待这段历史的姿态和心态时有偏差，出现类似抗战神剧、消解厚重历史的现象，偏离了历史认知方向，同时也稀释了历史价值。

抗战，应该对中华民族精神气质的塑造，发挥正面意义。这应该是对于那场灾难性战争最具价值的记忆，也是对于在那场战争中牺牲的人的最好缅怀。从这个意义上来说，《东方主战场》提供给人们思考的一种新纬度。

赛前准备：

1、宣传：①、宣传部负责：宣传部要多出几张海报，张贴在南北食堂。②、会长负责：发飞信通知俱乐部会员积极参与。③、会长、部长负责：开会时做具体宣传。

5、赛场较大、人员较多，如果条件允许，可购买一些小音响，以后也有用。（小吃街好像有）

6、活动部（刘晓男）负责：

①、准备茶水、杯子（四个评委用，可与学生会生活部联系）。②、联系以下人员，通知其事宜：

魏露露、张尧负责礼仪

汪亚男、陈青云负责倒水

石红雨、孙爱群负责收发评分表

刘玮璇、张嘉诚负责统计分数（贾梦垒监督帮忙）

（若条件允许让魏露露、张尧、汪亚男、陈青云、石红雨、孙爱群尽量穿一样的衣服，白色上衣，黑色裤子或裙子）。

7、志愿者部（梁倩倩）负责：打印俱乐部干事签到表、到场人员签到表、选手评分表等一系列表格。

8、及时通知以上人员，说明具体事项。

赛中流程：

1、梁倩倩通知： 志愿者部干事负责维护赛场秩序，并发放各类表格。

2、周章明组织办公室干事负责签到。

3、检测多媒体教室（王恺、丁伟静）若有小音响，要检测小音响。

4、赛前播放英文歌曲，赛中播放PPT（可有可无，可由学生会学习部负责制作）

5、安排评委就坐，安排统分人员（刘玮璇、江嘉诚）准备，生活部倒水。

6、综艺部负责拍照。

7、主持人开场，选手依次进行表演。

8、主持人负责结束：颁奖。

颁奖嘉宾：三等奖：贾梦垒、影协会长、演讲与口才会长

二等奖：沈润、王博

一等奖：王恺

颁奖秩序三二一，并请选手不要离开讲台，最后要留影纪念。

注：结束后由会长把纪念品（笔记本）给评委嘉宾。

赛后工作：1、2、3、4、外语系工作人员、俱乐部干事留下，清理比赛现场。办公部收集好各类表格、文档。综艺部写总结。贾梦垒、王恺负责社管会信息方面的处理。

备注：

1、活动资金预算：

奖状（约30元）+奖品（约120元，包括给评委的纪念品）+小音响（约50元）=200元

2、建议俱乐部购买糖果、橘子等分发给学生会成员约需要100元。（学生会成员在学生会做事可以拿学分，而在俱乐部是无偿服务，我不希望俱乐部给人印象很差）
