成人学士学位申请条件
学士学位，是高等教育本科阶段授予的学位名称和学位类型。在中国学位结构中为基础学位，由国务院授权高等学校授予。由学位授予单位依照本单位的学位授予条件和《中华人民共和国学位条例》的相关规定进行授予。下面是小编分享的成人学士学位申请条件，希望能够帮助到大家。
一、学士学位申请条件：
在学习期限内修满专业教学计划规定的全部学分，且各门课程总平均成绩在75分以上（含75分，小学分课程、大学英语和免修、免考课程成绩除外）（大部分学校都要求平均成绩75分以上）；
论文成绩在“良好”以上（含良好）；
在校期间，参加我院组织的北京市成人英语统一测试，获得合格证书。
考试中无作弊行为；
学生无“记过”以上（含“记过”）处分。
注1：总平均成绩=所有课程成绩总和/课程门数（小学分课程、大学英语和免修、免考课程成绩除外）；
注2：已领取毕业证书的毕业生若除英语外，其它条件都符合申请学士学位的要求，允许在其毕业后两年之内参加本校（大部分学校为本规定）组织的北京市成人本科学士学位英语统一测试，取得合格证书后，再申请学士学位。
二、学士学位的'申请与办理流程：
1、符合学士学位申请条件者请到教务中心填写《学士学位申请表》，然后由学生所在单位和所属服务中心在《学士学位申请表》中填写相应的审核意见（须盖公章），填写时须用钢笔，不得有涂抹。
2、学生须于每年12月底之前将所有学位申请材料上报到教务中心，上报材料如下：

第一章总则
第一条(目的和依据)
为了保障境内来沪人员的合法权益，规范人口服务和管理，提高政府服务水平，促进本市经济、社会、资源、环境协调发展，根据《上海市居住证管理办法》，制定本办法。
第二条(适用对象)
在本市工作、居住，持有《上海市居住证》(以下简称《居住证》)，并参加本市职工社会保险的境内来沪人员，适用本办法。
第三条(《居住证》积分制度)
《居住证》积分制度是通过设置积分指标体系，对在本市合法稳定居住和合法稳定就业的《居住证》持有人(以下简称“持证人”)进行积分，将其个人情况和实际贡献转化为相应的分值。积分达到标准分值的，可以享受相应的公共服务待遇。
第四条(职责分工)
市人力资源社会保障局负责《居住证》积分管理工作。
各区(县)人民政府负责本办法在其行政区域内的具体组织实施工作。
公安、教育、卫生计生、工商、税务、住房保障房屋管理、民政、经济信息化等相关部门按照各自职责，负责做好与本办法相关的服务和管理工作。
第二章积分指标及分值
第五条(积分指标体系)
《居住证》积分指标体系由基础指标、加分指标、减分指标和一票否决指标组成。
第六条(基础指标及分值)
基础指标包含年龄、教育背景、专业技术职称和技能等级、在本市工作及缴纳职工社会保险年限等指标。
(一)年龄
年龄指标最高分值30分。本项具体积分标准如下：
持证人年龄在56-60周岁，积5分;年龄每减少1岁，积分增加2分。
(二)教育背景
教育背景指标最高分值110分，持证人按照国家教育行政主管部门规定取得的被国家认可的国内外学历学位，可获得积分。本项具体积分标准如下：
1.持证人取得大专(高职)学历，积50分。
2.持证人取得大学本科学历，积60分。
3.持证人取得大学本科学历和学士学位，积90分。
4.持证人取得硕士研究生学历学位，积100分。
5.持证人取得博士研究生学历学位，积110分。
(三)专业技术职称和技能等级
专业技术职称和技能等级指标最高分值140分，持证人在本市工作期间取得的专业技术职务任职资格证书、专业技术类职业资格证书和技能类国家职业资格证书且专业、工种与所聘岗位相符，可获得积分。本项具体积分标准如下：
1.持证人取得技能类国家职业资格五级，积15分。
2.持证人取得技能类国家职业资格四级，积30分。
3.持证人取得技能类国家职业资格三级，积60分。
4.持证人取得技能类国家职业资格二级、中级专业技术职务任职资格或相当于中级专业技术职务任职资格的专业技术类职业资格，积100分。
5.持证人取得技能类国家职业资格一级或高级专业技术职务任职资格，积140分。
专业技术类职业资格按照国家有关规定需要注册的，注册后给予加分。
专业技术类职业资格目录、技能类国家职业资格目录，由市人力资源社会保障局统一向社会公布。
(四)在本市工作及缴纳职工社会保险年限
持证人在本市工作并按照国家和本市相关规定按月缴纳职工社会保险费，每满1年积3分。
持证人因未正常缴纳本市职工社会保险费而补缴的、职工社会保险缴费单位与签订劳动(聘用)合同单位不一致的，不作为计算在本市工作及缴纳职工社会保险年限的依据。
第七条(加分指标及分值)
加分指标包括紧缺急需专业、投资纳税或带动本地就业、缴纳职工社会保险费基数、特定的公共服务领域、远郊重点区域、全日制应届毕业生、表彰奖励、配偶为本市户籍人员等指标。
(一)紧缺急需专业
持证人所学专业属于本市紧缺急需专业目录且工作岗位与所学专业一致的，积30分。
本市紧缺急需专业目录，由市人力资源社会保障局会同相关部门制定后向社会公布。
(二)投资纳税或带动本地就业
持证人在本市投资创办的企业，按照个人的投资份额计算，最近连续3年平均每年纳税额在10万元人民币及以上或平均每年聘用本市户籍人员在10人及以上，每纳税10万元人民币或每聘用本市户籍人员10人积10分，最高100分。
(三)缴纳职工社会保险费基数
持证人在本市工作缴纳职工社会保险费基数指标最高分值100分。本项具体积分标准如下：
1.持证人最近连续3年在本市缴纳职工社会保险费基数等于以及高于本市上职工社会平均工资80%低于1倍的，积25分。
2.持证人最近连续3年在本市缴纳职工社会保险费基数等于以及高于本市上职工社会平均工资1倍低于2倍的，积50分。
3.持证人最近连续3年在本市缴纳职工社会保险费基数等于以及高于本市上职工社会平均工资2倍的，积100分。
持证人因未正常缴纳本市职工社会保险费而补缴的、职工社会保险缴费基数与个人所得税缴费基数不能合理对应的、职工社会保险缴费单位与签订劳动(聘用)合同单位不一致的，不作为本项的积分依据。
(四)特定的公共服务领域
持证人在本市特定的公共服务领域就业，每满1年积4分，满5年后开始计入总积分。
(五)远郊重点区域
持证人在本市重点发展的远郊区域工作并居住，每满1年积2分，满5年后开始计入总积分，最高分值20分。
(六)全日制应届毕业生
持证人为全日制应届高校大学毕业生，积10分。
(七)表彰奖励
持证人在本市工作期间获得的表彰奖励可积分，最高分值110分。本项具体积分标准如下：
1.持证人获得本市部、委、办、局等市级机关专项性表彰奖励，积30分。
2.持证人获得本市部、委、办、局等市级机关综合性表彰奖励，积60分。
3.持证人获得省部级及以上政府表彰奖励，积110分。
本市部、委、办、局等市级机关政府表彰奖励项目目录，按照市人民政府批准并公布的表彰奖励目录执行。
(八)配偶为本市户籍人员
持证人配偶为本市户籍人员，结婚每满1年积4分，最高分值40分。
第八条(减分指标及分值)
减分指标包括提供虚假材料、行政拘留记录和一般刑事犯罪记录等指标。
(一)申请积分时提供虚假材料
持证人3年内有提供身份、学历、就业、职称职业资格、婚姻、表彰奖励等方面虚假材料的，每次扣减150分。
(二)行政拘留记录
持证人5年内有行政拘留记录的，每条扣减50分。
(三)一般刑事犯罪记录
持证人5年内有一般刑事犯罪记录的，每条扣减150分。
第九条(一票否决指标)
持证人有违反国家及本市计划生育政策规定行为记录或严重刑事犯罪记录的，取消申请积分资格。
第三章积分规则及标准分值
第十条(单项指标积分规则)
基础指标和加分指标中，同一单项指标的积分不重复计算，取该单项指标的最高分。
减分指标中单项指标的扣减积分，按照扣减项目进行累计扣减。
第十一条(总分积分规则)
持证人的总积分等于基础指标与加分指标积分之和减去减分指标的累计扣减积分，总积分的最低分值为0分。基础指标中的“教育背景”、“专业技术职称和技能等级”两项指标，选择其中一项进行积分。加分指标中的“投资纳税”、“投资带动本地就业”两项指标，选择其中一项进行积分。
第十二条(总积分标准分值)
《居住证》总积分标准分值为120分。
第四章积分申办流程及管理
第十三条(积分申请)
持证人需要申请积分的，可通过互联网登录上海市居住证积分管理信息系统，进行网上模拟估分。达到标准分值的，向用人单位提出申请，委托用人单位向注册地区(县)人才服务中心申请积分。
第十四条(积分申请材料)
持证人和受委托的用人单位须提交的积分申请基本材料包括：
1.持证人有效期内的《居住证》;
2.《上海市居住证积分申请表》;
3.劳动(聘用)合同;
4.无违反国家和本市计划生育政策的证明材料;
5.无违法犯罪记录证明材料;
6.单位营业执照(事业单位法人登记证、社团法人或民办非企业法人证书等)及组织机构代码证书和磁卡。
除上述积分申请基本材料外，持证人还应当提供与《居住证》积分指标项目对应的材料。
第十五条(材料受理)
人才服务中心收到积分申请材料后，对材料齐全的，应当出具收件凭证;对材料不齐全的，应当当场告知补齐材料。
持证人和用人单位应当对积分申请材料的真实性负责。
第十六条(材料审核)
人才服务中心受理积分申请材料后，按照流动人员档案管理有关规定，调阅持证人的人事档案并对相关材料进行审核。
对持证人提交的学历学位证书、专业技术职务任职资格证书、专业技术类职业资格证书、技能类国家职业资格证书、奖励证书、结婚证、户口簿、验资报告、纳税明细和聘用本市户籍人员证明等积分申请材料进行审核。对有疑问的材料，可以提请主管部门或专门机构进行核实。
第十七条(积分核定)
积分申请材料审核属实的，由人力资源社会保障部门在20个工作日内按照《居住证》积分指标体系进行积分核定，并告知持证人积分情况。
第十八条(积分查询)
持证人可通过互联网或者持《居住证》到社区事务受理服务中心、人才服务中心查询本人的积分。
第十九条(积分确认与调整)
在《居住证》签注时，对持证人积分予以确认。
持证人情况发生变化需要调整积分的，应当委托用人单位向注册地区(县)人才服务中心提交相关材料。
持证人积分项目发生变化导致积分下降或出现减分项目的，人力资源社会保障部门对其积分进行扣减，并告知持证人。
第二十条(积分失效)
持证人《居住证》被注销时，积分自动失效。
第二十一条(监督与复核)
市人力资源社会保障局对全市积分申办工作进行监督检查，对违规材料取得的积分予以纠正。
持证人和用人单位对《居住证》积分存在异议的，向人力资源社会保障部门提请复核。
