9月13日，是我真正意义上独自炒菜的一天。因为在这一天，我终于煎了一次鸡蛋，尽管学习的过程很“曲折”。

当天，我和妈妈说想自己煎一次蛋，可是妈妈却觉得我还小，还不是独立做饭的时候。后来，经过我“不屈不饶”的请求，妈妈终于“妥协了”：她可以作为监工，以炒菜为契机，让我今天独立做一些事，看看我的自理能力究竟如何。厨房的“梦幻之门”刹那间对我敞开，我的'心情在那一瞬间出奇地好了起来，激动的情绪冲击着我，收拾停当，准备上场。

我从冰箱里拿出了两个鸡蛋，把鸡蛋轻轻敲开后，透明的蛋清和鲜嫩的蛋黄流进了碗里，想起妈妈以前煎蛋的情形，在里面又稍微加了一点盐，用筷子把它们打散又融合在一起。

当一切都准备好后，我打开火，看了看油壶，是时候改让它发挥作用了，打开盖子，就要往锅里倒。妈妈看到我大手大脚，似乎有要把一壶油都倒进去的架势，赶忙叮嘱道：“油别倒太多啊。”我赶紧收了收手，心里嘀咕，还亏得提醒了一下，要不然真把这个环节疏忽了。当油接触到热锅的那一瞬间，“滋滋”的声音突然冒了出来，我的心里咯噔了一下。果不其然，妈妈的声音再次回响在我的耳畔，我赶紧把手上打好的鸡蛋液倒进锅里

只听见刺啦一声，鲜黄的鸡蛋慢慢的在锅中散开，零星几点油溅了出来，我不由得往后靠了靠，锅中的油溅到了我手上一滴，我手心一颤，锅铲“砰”的一声，和地板来了个亲密接触。

厨房里油烟四起，把妈妈熏得够呛，我赶紧把抽油烟机打开，捡起锅铲清洗干净，同时翻转着被我煎的金黄的鸡蛋。

鸡蛋熟了，但是却发出了一股微糊的味道。我把它装进盘子中，欣赏着这“来之不易”的煎蛋。心想无论煎出来的蛋效果如何，毕竟是我第一次独立炒菜，所以今天我格外高兴，以后可以理直气壮地说，我也自己做过饭。

这就是我自己的“独立日”，一个充满生活情趣学习煎蛋的日子。

每次过年，好久不见的亲戚看见我，都会笑着说：“这么快呀！长这么大了！”在别人眼里，长大就是身高体重的增长，可我觉得我有爸爸妈妈替我遮风挡雨，在他们舒适的羽翼下，什么都不用操心，一直都是小孩子，什么时候会有长大的感觉呢？

寒假里，爸爸妈妈上班，我都是被放到外婆家的。有一天，我听到他俩在商量我第二天该怎么安置的问题。原来，外婆他们都有事。带去单位？不太合适，带去同学家？倒是个不错的主意。我边听边琢磨，去同学家玩，我倒是很开心，但转念一想，太麻烦了，而且我想睡个懒觉，要不我自己一个人在家待一天？爸爸妈妈听了我的建议，一开始，一万个不放心，后来觉得是个机会锻炼锻炼我的独立能力了，于是就这么愉快地决定了。

第二天，我舒舒服服地睡到自然醒，家里已经静悄悄，桌上摆好了两盆热气腾腾的菜。洗漱完毕，我从冰箱里拿出一个肉饼，边回忆妈妈说的话边操作电饼铛，“叮”的一声，打开一看，香气扑鼻、金黄酥脆的牛肉饼出炉了。我美滋滋地品尝起自己第一次做的饼，简直人间美味。接下来，我给自己制定了一天的学习计划，开始埋头写作业。不知不觉中午了，妈妈打来了电话，问我有没有吃饭了，我这才发现，已经十一点半了。妈妈叮嘱我把菜热一热。在她的电话指导下，我小心翼翼地使用了微波炉，中午的一餐成功地解决了，当然，必须把碗筷也洗干净。下午自由活动时间，我闲着没事干，在房间里溜达了一圈，发现脏衣篮里有双脏袜子。我马上决定把它给洗了。看着在阳光下随风舞动的干净袜子，我扬起了满意的笑容。随后，我又叠好了沙发上的衣服，把它们整齐地放在一边，我美滋滋地看着我的劳动成果，心里给自己竖了个大拇指。
