上半年工作总结及下半年工作计划

2012年安保部全体员工在上级领导的正确指引下,有力维护了酒店的正常工作秩序,确保了酒店的平安。半年来我们在安全工作中坚持“预防为主、常备不懈”的方针。在消防工作中遵循“预防为主,防消结合”的工作思路。为酒店创造了安全稳定的工作环境。下面从两个方面总结我部门半年来的工作:

一、安全方面

1、上半年的安保工作中,我部在人员短缺的情况下向上级领导请示由各部门抽调人员组建应急小分队,加强装修期间的巡查力度,确保施工期间的安全有序。

2、为确保酒店门前高峰时期的保卫力量,保安员每天早晨7点—9点、下午14点—15点、17点—19点、20点—22点设立双岗。

3、为了加强对保安巡楼人员的监管力度,提高工作人员的责任心,强化巡查力度,我们制定了《巡楼时间记录表》,放置在每个楼层,要求保安员每次巡楼必须认真填写。

4、为了更好的加强酒店的监控力度,由原先的80路画面增加为144路画面,确保酒店监控无死角,同时增加了录像资料的保存时间(由一周增加到两周)。

二、消防方面

1、为符合消防要求,我部提出将原有的三台消防泵更换为四台,使消火栓和喷淋做到了一用一备,提高了灭火能力。

2、消防泵更换成新泵后,扬程和压力都较旧泵有所提高,根

据消防管网目前状况,洗衣房地下室通往总公司的消防总管(¢108mm)已腐蚀严重,承受不了新泵的压力,建议对其进行了更新。

3、酒店内消防泵改造后出水压力加大,由于旧的管网老化严重,突发火情时消防泵启动后易造成管道崩裂,水源无法到达火灾现场,不能达到灭火功能,因此对消火栓及喷淋主管也进行了更换。

4、按照消防安全法的有关规定,我们对楼内所有区域的应急灯、疏散指示牌、安全出口标识统一进行了更换。

下半年的工作计划如下:

一、安全方面

1、根据酒店实际情况,有针对性、有重点的开展工作,落实各项安全制度,自查自纠、积极整改、明确责任、使安全、保卫等各项工作落到实处。

2、加强领导、转变作风、严抓落实、完善制度,规范各项安全工作制度,加强检查监督机制。

3、通过各种规章制度的落实以及系统的严格管理,在上级主管领导的关心和大力支持下,形成内外合力,确保酒店安全和周边环境的平安。

4、通过认真分析研究,确定酒店大门、后院为酒店治安保卫的重点目标;确定酒店内财务部、电脑机房、仓库、档安室、厨房、水泵房为治安保卫重点部位。对重点目标,要害部位,定期进行安全检查,加强巡逻,消除隐患,从而杜绝事故的发生。

5、量化考核,经济挂钩,奖罚分明对部门人员的安全指标定期进行量化考核,考核结果与责任人经济效益相挂钩,从而调动全体人员的工作积极性,使工作逞现出人人参与,齐抓共管的良好局面。

6、加强保安部保安员的巡检力度,各区域及监控死角必须巡视到,并要求监控室和巡楼员做好配合,加强对各区域的监控,发现可疑情况及时上报。

7、每周进行一次安全例检。每月进行一次大检查,做到检查深入,全面,不留死角,发现安全隐患,及时进行整改。

二、消防方面

1、加强落实公安部消防局“四个能力”的建设安全工作,让各部门员工充分认识消防安全的重要性,与各部门负责人签定“消防安全责任书”,明确各部门负责人及全体员工为消防安全责任人,坚持“谁主管、谁负责、谁当班、谁负责”的原则,做到层层落实,责任到人,使消防工作处处有人管,时时有人抓。

2、保安部在下半年要对酒店更新的消防疏散指示标志,消防应急灯,喷淋,消防栓、手动报警器和烟感探头设备进行检测、维护,确保消防设施设备的正常运转。

3、安排保安人员对每层楼的干粉灭火器进行检查,对酒店各重要部门,譬如配电室、发电机房、空调机房、厨房等灭火器材进行了全面的检修。

三、培训工作

1、在抓好自身建设的同时,安保部分批对在店老员工进行安

全知识教育,使他们树立牢固的安全防范意识。对新入店的员工进行安全知识培训,让酒店全体员工了解安全工作的重要性。

2、每周二上午组织全体员工学习酒店各项规章制度和部门相应的岗位职责以及有关法律法规,使员工的服务意识得到进一步的提高。

3、在部门员工中开展“比学习,读好书”活动,丰富员工的业余生活,提升员工的文化素养。
